@Oram52 more women are working. Guys are becoming more shy and MUCH less dominant. Why do you think divorce rates are going up? And the number of partners who cheat? Girls are becoming more masculine and guys more feminine and we aren't attracted to this subconsciously.
"MUCH less dominant" .. What would your definition of dominant be. How would you describe someone as being dominant as opposed to less dominant as you mentioned.
@Oram52 yeah 100%! I would love to have kids and cook and care for my man. Okay by dominant I mean in charge; if he earns the money and decides how it's spent he's in charge. I couldn't care less how much money he earns, even if we are living under a rock lol, it's the whole concept of him being in charge and protecting.
Divorce rates peaked around the 80's and have actually been going down ever since. Also if you want to have no money of your own and rely 100% on a husband that might leave you, and having no career of your own to fall back on to survive, then that's fine, but don't blame it on society and don't make it seem like everyone wants to live like that.
@lumos yeah so that proves divorce has increased over time. It's decreasing now because less and less people are getting married so the ones who do are more likely to be in a committed relationship. I think if you're truly in a loving relationship you shouldn't be worrying about them leaving you and if they do, then you can easily get a job and work your way up if you try hard. I'm saying that subconsciously a lot of people would want that, that it's in our nature. Not everyone obviously
Divorce rates increased because it has become less and less taboo to get a divorce. This doesn't mean people didn't want to divorce in the past, or that they didn't have affairs behind their partner's back. Many people were unhappily married because they couldn't do anything about it. They would have been ostracized. Of course you shouldn't be worried about your partner leaving you, but it is a fact that they might. Also, if you have little to no prior experience working, it's not easy to get a job just like that. Especially if you want something that pays higher than minimum wage. Working your way up is not either something you "just" do, it usually takes several years to work your way up, and many minimum wage places don't allow that or have a limit as to how high you can go, without a higher degree or experience working elsewhere in a higher position.
I'm in university, and I will be one of the first to tell you that unless you're passionate about what you study, it's an absolute waste of time and money. Some of my most well-off friends didn't go to college and are making 6 figures.

Never understood the standard of wanting someone who made the same or MORE than you... They do realize that in his eyes, you're making LESS, and he could follow your logic and only date someone who made equal to or more than him... It's a cycle of stupid, materialistic double standards
I want a mind and personality that I love. Looks are fleeting and money is nice, but the saying is "until death do us part" not "until one of us loses our job"
I find it cute how they would say that her husband has to make same or MORE than her, you know straight up saying her husband has to offer her more value than she can offer to him. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
More women are in college than men. However you also need to take into account how many women are busy in college getting 40k in student debt for a history degree or an English degree that will prove to be nearly useless at getting a decent job.

This generation will see many many women go lonely with marriage-less lives. The way most act now- they deserve it.

It's sad how the women who preach how bad the "gender wage gap" is as the primary reason we need feminism are the same ones who love to talk up how women are now the bread winners and are earning more than men.
Feminists are dishonest hypocrites.

Because men figured out that college is a waste of time, and that college became hostile towards men.
Who cares? I'm happy for them, just do whatever you want and let them be. It's good news that women are becoming really successful. I think eventually it will even out though, so don't cry about it.

It would be nice, but women seem to be moving backwards these days (by their own doing).

So you'd prefer to be house wife?

Maybe they aren't becoming shy, maybe they are just no longer interested.
@Truthatanycost I never said anything about anyone being shy?🤔

Yes you did, in your response to @Oram52, you said ''more women are working. Guys are becoming more shy and MUCH less dominant.''

Crazy neo-cons. Post drivel, then they block you and run for the hills when they can't defend their nonsense.
If my wife is a whore she better be good at her whore job to buy me a Ferrari.
I've got no problem with women being the bread winners as long as they buy me stuff.
I will like to point at the actual population gender Gap between male and females, in US the female out numbers the males.
Whatever they're all doing or think they're doing you don't have to be doing. Do what you want, what's right for YOU.
The next wave of automation will put a lot of women out of work. But your right just look at Japan.
Lazy and entitled as MRAs are feeling, I don't wonder about that.
Yes, feminism is taking over academics and its not a good thing.

They also seem to be avoiding subjects like engineering. Lots going into medicine though.
What?
WOMEN GET THE BREAD BUT WE GET THE PASTRIES
