So I came across another article this morning
The 3 Stages of Failure in Life and Work (And How to Fix Them)
Why this sticks out in my head is because I feel like a failure from what happened with me.
The article states that
Stage 1 is a Failure of Tactics.
Stage 2 is a Failure of Strategy
Stage 3 is a Failure of Vision.
Stage 1: you have a goal, you see a goal. But you fail to foresee the pitfalls ahead. You dont overcome the previous obstacles. You learn from past errors and move forth to prevent future errors.
Stage 2: You have a game plan. But that game plan doesn't work. Again as in step one. Failure of the unknown. Fear (as I stated in many mytakes) is the cause of this. We must foresee whats going to happen. We can not live in the now.
Stage 3: It all goes to that one game plan. We have a vision, and when that vision fails, then what.
How do we fix failure:
Take stock of your life.
Determine your non-negotiable.
Navigate criticism
In essence: Look at what cards are on the table. See what you go and work with. Try and overcome some elements.
The last stage of failure:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
There is a 4th stage of failure that we haven't talked about: Failures of Opportunity.
These are WHO mistakes. They occur when society fails to provide equal opportunity for all people. Failures of Opportunity are the result of many complex factors: age, race, gender, income, education, and more.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You aren't given the opportunity to lead, people are there to MAKE YOU FAIL and WHO WANT YOU TO FAIL. Whether it be who you are, what you look like, or whatever else. They got an axe to grind and will do anything possible to see you fail.
My MYTAKE Conclusion: If the path your following is clouded with judgement and other mitigating factors. Find another path
