If you can easily block, fighting becomes aggression.
1) Osteoporosis is a lot more complicated.
2) You are 72, I am pretty sure you DO have it to some extent.
3) There is no such thing as "blocking". Have you ever trained in any actual martial art? Here's a hint: in a real fight, static blocking doesn't work, unless you are significantly more powerful than your opponent. And the moment active blocking happens, you are running the risk of being hit. It's easier and safer to counter, or restrain your opponent.
4) "If you can easily block, fighting becomes aggression." It became aggression the MOMENT SHE DECIDES TO ATTACK ANYONE. Idiot.
