Murder requires the killing of another human being to be
A) illegal
B) to be premeditated
& C) to not have any circumstantial factors, for example killing in defense of ones or someone else's autonomy.

Google the Dred Scott decision of 1857. I won't go into all the details here for the sake of brevity.
It basically said that a freed black man did not have the same rights as a citizen of the United States as defined by the Constitution.
According to Constitutional scholars that was a sound decision based on the Constitution was written.
Roe v. Wade on the other hand is still debated by Constitutional scholars as to what wording of the Constitution made it a valid decision.
So please. Show me the wording in the Constitution that validates abortion rights.
