How do you know that it’s just more black people apply to historically black colleges than white people
Doesn't matter. The schools should be obligated to adjust their curriculum and recruit white students just as traditionally white schools were forced to do 50-60 years ago.
50-60 years ago it was much harder for black people to get into colleges, you can’t seriously be comparing that to a college that white people choose not to apply to at the same rate as black people, that’s willfully ignorant
However, since we are at now now, and allegedly everyone is equal, funding should reflect that equality. As should admissions. This is what is called a double standard, some thing the left is extremely extremely good at, but it’s still BS.
So it would be okay to have all white colleges now?

Honesty, I don't care what black colleges. I do care when white colleges discriminate in favor of blacks and select more on color than merit.
Racial discrimination should not be allowed in any form. Racial quotas for colleges should be got rid of too.
I'd like to see the admission standards University of Georgia v Howard University... I will they differ.

I don’t even think other races consider going to HBCUs anyway.
In my state, several thriving departments or schools have been moved from the mainstream schools to the HBCUs to try to change the racial balance. Joint degree rogras have been created that required mainstream school sctudents to spend time taking courses at the HBCUs.
Martin Luther King JR had "a Dream" where color doesn't matter, yet there are Traditional Black Colleges... Why?
Yes they should be allowed. Unfortunately we weren't granted the opportunities whites have had. Do you know the story of ruby bridges? The black girl who ended up at a white school got spit on, mentally and emotionally abused? We had to have our own in order to avoid being discriminated against. After all we weren't the ones who made "white only restrooms" "made people sit at the back of the bus due to their skin color" " nor did we lynch white men if they had an interest in a women of color". This is history for us we deserve our own since it was taken from us. Look up black Wallstreet, look up Brooklyn aka now charlotte nc , black wealth stripped away by whites. Leave our hbcus alone we've been discriminated against, raped , abused, stripped of our wealth by the hands of whites for decades. I doubt us having an hbcu is killing anyone

They have to have a place where it's real easy to get a degree. No smart person would want to go there. On the other hand, I could see the shit hitting the fan if there was an Asian college graduating tons of geniuses every year and the entrance exam or test score requirements were too hard of practically anyone else to get in. I've never really thought about it. I didn't think that they actively excluded other races, just that far less of the other races sign up.
I guess I expected too much fairness from universities just like I always did.
Pretty sure private schools can exclude anyone for any reason as long as the school doesn't accept government aid. I really couldn't care less in that instance
If other colleges can do the same for other races then yes.
Eventually it will change because the numbers are changing otherwise it will look biased
