Because people of other races desire white partners, while white people prefer their own race.
Moreover, light skin and light eyes are pretty much universally seen as attractive. Little toddlers from various cultures prefer white dolls to non-white ones. etc.
Actually, a lot of Asian and Indian women are considered beautiful because of their dark hair and eyes and tan skin. It's just different preferences. I honestly think a lot of Asian and Hispanic guys are cute.
