Do you think guys care if a woman is promiscuous? (Page 2)

Question

The other day, one of my best friend (a guy) told me that most guys don't want to be with a woman who is promiscuous. I was a little shocked because I've never heard a guy say that before. I've seen some people say it on this size, however I thought it was just a few angry guys on the internet. I had no idea guys actually cared about that. This was one of my best friends and he wasn't lying, so now I'm not sure if guys do care and they don't talk about it or if they genuinely don't care. What do you think?

I think the past is past. What they want is a total slut for them. I mean what they wouldn't want is to find out she is highly innocent with him, whereas she engaged in dirty sex with someone else.

Guys want girls to show interest back to them or convey it so they know it is ok to make a move. What do girls think the other way round?

Personally, I don't care, but I know for a fact most guys do. The college I'm going to makes incoming freshmen fill out a survey, and the majority of guys prefer women who have had less sexual partners.

I think most guys do care about it and don't want that.

For me I would like it more if I knew my girlfriend had many other past lovers. More than 100 would be a good number. I think it is slutty. I like girls that dress and act slutty. I think it is hot!
If I was in a relationship with a girl like that I would want her to continue to be promiscuous. That is just so hot and sexy! You just need to find the right guy.

For me, it depends: if she has sex just because she likes sex, that'd be a bit of a turn-off (though not for all guys); but if she has feelings for the people she's being intimate with, or if she's not promiscuous like she used to be, I can be more sympathetic.
