+1 yYes, most do. Now look at your comment and you will get an idea of why. You need new friends, why? Becaues they don't believe as you do. Thats one of the many many problems of feminism. It demands that every one believe it or they are the enemy, in the case of men it believes all men are evil. Its in its very doctrine. Of course your going to say thats not true but then you won't be able to back up that statement. The reason is because in order for women to be oppressed by men, men have to be violent, cruel, and immoral in order to oppress women. So right from the start you have a very negative image of men if your a feminist, its unavoidable. You cannot believe men oppressed women for all of history (provably false by the way) and not also blame men as a whole (which is sexist) for that oppresssion and not view them as being capable of and responsible of said wrong doing. Either they are evil oppressors or they are not, its a mutually exclusive trait. So that from the start means that you hate men and any one who doesn't agree with you that men are morally inferior to women as well as being more cruel and violent then women. Then you have the fact that these same people who believe all of this also claim we are equals, which again, if you believe men are like this and women are not then right from the start you do not think we are equals. Thats before we break down the idea that if men oppressed women through out all of history (a laughable concept in and of itself) that would mean that women who make up at least half if not the majority of the population, who control whom they reproduce with, who control the first thoughts and impression a male child has as she is the one raising him, and who has access to the same level of technology as the men would be oppressed, then that means women would HAVE to be inferior. In all of existence their have never been two equal groups (even though control over reproduction and child rearing would give women an incredible advantage over men) in numbers, technology and ability and yet have one enslaved and oppressed by the other, its an impossibility. Then of course the fact that women have far more rights then men, men are in fact the ones losing out in soceity in almost if not all areas and historically men where responsible for the well being of men to the point where they where expected to die so she could live.

*responsible for the well being of women*
all show that feminism and its ideology is factually incorrect as well as incorrect in its own so called "logic", as well as being about bigotry and acquiring of privilege for women. So yeah, a lot of guys find it repugnant.

Anonymous(36-45)+1 yWhat feminism has become thanks to the loudest proponents of it is mostly comical. Your friends should be smart and mature enough to differentiate between the man-hating type of feminism and that which just speaks from the perspective of inclusion. However, men and women are not created physically equal, neither is better than the other overall, but one can be better at something than the other. In a male dominant world, you might feel like you're less, but you're not. Shape the world to provide environments where women can shine at their best too. With the positive attributes of both genders harnessed, there will be greater harmony in this world.

you 2
I hear ya, girl.
Sometimes it does feel like it. "Feminism" has become a bit of a curse word, not only among guys but among several girls as well. You can't say anything on the subject without someone starting to complain about "feminazis" or how feminists hate all men and kill masculinity. No point in trying to argue either because they've made up their minds that feminism=evil.
I happen to think that equal rights is a good thing, even if this means I have to listen to constant accusations of wanting special treatment, or being called a man-hater or a feminazi, or getting the "u just want 2 discriminat aginst guyz" accusations.
I think people are too fond of seeing things in black and white.
Are there feminists who go too far? Definitely. I don't agree with the #yesallmen crowd, or those nutters who go bananas over everything like bad caricatures of feminists from the 1970s. People who get so worked up over their own self-righteousness that they're ready to go straight for the throat of anyone who thinks differently.
At the same time, guys who whine about "feminazis" and "SJWs" and "Political correctness" and how masculinity is dead just because there's a more nuanced picture of gender roles now than in the 1950s are REALLY starting to irk me.
I find both these extremes toxic, and I think it's possible not to subscribe to either of them. I'm of the firm conviction that it's possible to be a feminist and not hate men or wish masculinity dead. It's just that a lot of people have problems understanding this.
This comment is probably going to get a lot of downvotes, and likely some sour responses as well. But I thought I needed to say it. You're not alone... with this comment, hopefully you'll know that we are at least two. ^_^72 Reply- +1 y
yay!! there's two of us!!
- +1 y
No, you make a fair point here. Like any movement or group, there are extremists and those who uses it for their own gain. Sadly feminism is just one of the many. What's worse is that it created a reaction from the other side creating this phenomenon where extremism breeds extremism (just look at antifa and neonazi crowds).
Well at the end of the day, we'll just have to see how all this plays out.
+1 yPeople need to be educated more on what real feminism stands for. I hate the stereotype of feminists as "men-haters" "feminazis" etc. Those type of girls who spread hate towards men and call themselves feminists are NOT real feminists. Because equality is what defines feminism and it always has. If they are opposed to that, they can call themselves feminists all they want, but they are NOT feminists. And people need to understand that. "Men-haters" can say they are feminists, but that doesn't make them one, and they can never change the real definition of feminism and feminists by labeling themselves as such - which they are not.

P. S. I'm just lucky enough that my boyfriend gets it and supports me.
- +1 y
yeah you're lucky because mine doesn't
- +1 y
That's understandable because people get bombarded and brainwashed with the whole "feminazi" thing all over social media. I guess I could say my boyfriend was a little sceptical about the whole thing at first too, but as soon as I explained to him what is exactly real feminism, and that these people are not real feminists and definitely not something that I support, he understood. I think you just need to explain these things to your boyfriend and he will understand. There is plenty of social injustice and sexism directed at men too, as well as women. That's why we need to stand together.
- +1 y
then why dont call yourselfs eaquilizers/eaquilists instead of FEMInists? is feminists not althought differending and such stuff? I am just curiouse
- +1 y
I guess because feminism originated way back when women were the ones that were extremely oppressed by men and those women were the creators of the movement that wanted them to be treated equally. It's a historic thing really.
- +1 y
- +1 y
But feminism is hatered of men? You cannot claim that all men oppressed all women for all of history and that they where violent and cruel and treated women as if they where things and not believe that men are at the very least morally inferior to women and to hate them. Its just contradictory.(also highly inaccurate as all evidence shows women if anything where treated far better then men where). Your argument is the "no true scotsman" fallacy, if NOW (national organization of women) advocated for men to and eventually successfully lobbied for men to have fewer parental rights (which they actually had posted on their front page that they where against equal custody laws) or that the academic feminist have routinely accused men of being evil (like when andrea dworkin claimed that all sex is rape) or how they have created laws that only benefit women while harming men (parental and reproductive rights specifically) and claim they are for equality, that's not logical.
- +1 y
@hellionthesagereborn What the fuck are you on about? 🙄
Did you even read what I said? The only thing I said was that it was created by women way back, in times when women couldn't even VOTE let alone do what they wanted or be respected/taken serously as men.. I never said ALL men oppressed ALL women for ALL of history.. I'm sure there were people who disagreed with that.. but in those times, unfortunately, not enough.. the times were just different back then.. but okay 🙄 You cannot tell me I hate men when I have a father, a brother, a boyfriend, and a guy best friend - all the people closest to me who are male and who I love and respect deeply. You're being fucking ridiculous. Spread positivity and chill out. I'm not about to argue anymore. - +1 y
Yes I did read it and again, its not correct. Women couldn't vote that is true, its also true men couldn't vote either. Women couldn't do what they wanted? Well men couldn't either the difference being that women had much more leeway through out history then men did as women where generally allowed to do male dominant things if they chose but men could not do anything that was seen as "feminine"(in fact in Scandinavia for instance, through most of history if a man did anything that was seen as feminine, or egi as they called it, he would be exiled from the group or if accused of this would be expected to fight his accuser to the death to prove he wasn't, meanwhile a woman could be warrior if she so chose or stay at home as a mother. So again, feminism requires that you believe (falsely) that all men oppressed all women which itself requires that you think very little of men and also means you have to believe that men and women are not in fact equal.
- +1 y
I am not saying anything about how you feel, I am telling you if you think men are violent, oppressive and immoral then you cannot really love them so either you really don't believe in what feminism teaches or you do in fact look down on all the men in your life, men who have done more for you then you have ever done for them (as this is how our society is set up, men sacrifice so that women can have a better life. Its not as if your father worked as much as he did, made all that money and then gave it all to you and your mother because he is selfish, he did it because that's what men do, they do everything they can to make women's lives easier and feminism thanks them for it by treating them like they are the root of all problems). But again, historically women where never oppressed as a whole. They owned property, they could work, they where never forced to go to war like men where, men would stay and die in order for women to live etc. Again, their was no oppression of women.
- +1 y
I do not think men as a whole (especially today) are violent, oppresive and immoral. I think society was set up differently back in the day and they are some who are like that. So that's the first thing you got wrong. Secondly, since you mentioned something about my father giving money to my mother, I gotta tell you you got that one wrong too. My mother is a professor who makes her own money. Thirdly, I never said men were not oppressed as well, but the thing is, that oppresion was mainly a social one (not being able to be feminine) than actual political or economical. And yes, oppressed by forced to go to wars which was sadly an oppresion on men by other men.
- +1 y
There was no oppression of women? These are some of the things women STILL couldn't do in the 50s and 60s: They couldn't open a bank account without their husband or a male relative’s permission, they could not serve jury duty, practice law even if they went through all the years of school and passed every test, they couldn't serve in combat, couldn't become astronauts, couldn't take birth control pills... and that's just what it was like in the 50s and 60s which are considered modern times. Now please, let's finish this nonsense. I really do not want to argue. I'm trying to be positive.
- +1 y
@iva_mikulandra Do you think people know the meaning of feminism?
- +1 y
@ferhanBlassed I think a lot of people form their opinion on things based on what they see on social media or based on stereotypes that exist and I feel like this is very unfortunate because a lot of the times these are not accurate representations of what it really is, rather a deformation of it.
- +1 y
For example, I have a friend whom I told I was a feminist to which his response was 'You can't be a feminist, because you're not fat, your hair is not colored, you don't have armpit hair and you don't hate men' . That just goes to show you how uneducated it gets.
- +1 y
@iva_mikulandra Are you feminist?
- +1 y
Yes, because its definition is a belief in the equality of genders.
- +1 y
@iva? mikulandra What do you feel when you have sex with a guy?
- +1 y
Yes society was structured differently, men gave to women, women gave back to men. Women where held accountable for, well at least some of, their actions men all of their actions. Now women give nothing back to men but demand everything from men, and men are held accountable for their own actions and the actions of women. Things are more unequal now then ever before and its all thanks to feminis. Again, you cannot claim feminism is for equality if all feminist in acadamia (the ones who created and pushed this ideology) state that men are the problem, you cannot be for equality if feminist organizations push for inequality that hurts men, you cannot be for equality if your ideology requires that you believe that men are opressors. You cannot be for equality and you cannot believe that men are equal and as moral as women. They are mutually exclusive.
- +1 y
When feminist lobby for laws that hurt men and benefit women, you cannot claim you are for equality. When men are suffering in all catagories and women are not yet we focus all our efforts on women and ignore men, you cannot then claim that you wanting "equality for women"(which of course excludes men) is perfectly reasonable and not sexist if men are the ones suffering. 78% of all suicides are male, 80% of the homeless are male, 70% of all non reciprocal violence beteween intimate partners is perpetrated by women despite which we have in the US only one, ONE, domestic violence shelter for men and thousands for women. You cannot claim that women are mistreated when its illegal to circumcise a female child in a society that has 70% of its male population circumcised against their will.
- +1 y
When we have multiple programs for scholarships and grants to get more women into school and college despite the fact that school is designed to benefit females not males (by the educational systems own admission) and males have a 4x greater drop out rate across all grades and over 60% of all college graduates are female, you can't say this is about equality. When 98% if combat deaths are male and when it was suggested that women also should have to sign up for the draft as all men have had to do for all of history which was immediatley attacked by women for even suggesting the same responsibility should apply to women as it does to men, you cannot claim feminism is for equality.
- +1 y
When 97% of all workplace accidents and deaths are male because we live in a society that demands that men take on dangerous/physically demanding jobs to provide for their families because our society despite what feminist claim, still expect men to pay for everything (80% of women in a survey stated they wanted the man to pay for dates. men on average spend twice as much on their partners on holidays, like valentines day, then women do) while also pushing them out of other proffesions by making education inhospitable to them (hence over 80% of all children who are given drugs for "learning disabilities" are male when this was never the case before the feminization of education) you cannot say feminism is for equality.
- +1 y
When women make the same or more money then men (wage gap has been debunked multiple times and according to data single women make more then single men, Accept in stem fields where they make more because of the female hiring quotas that force companies to fight over the relatively small number of women in those fields.) and make up 80% of the US domestic spending (70% global) while still claiming that women make less money then men due to sexism (while males in female dominated fields like social work earn a dollar less despite the fact that they statistically work longer hours, take fewer days off, ask for raises more often and are more willing to drive longer distances for higher paying jobs) and claim that you want equality.
- +1 y
You cannot claim that feminism is for equality if you ignore the fact that through out all of history men could not vote yet where still expected to be drafted into posses, bucket brigades and military service against their will which women where not, legally required to pay the taxes and all debts of their wives (which is why married women ceded their land to their husbands as it was seen as unfair to make a man pay and maintain that land without having any say over how it was used or if it was kept. Same reason why they would go to jail if their wife acquired a debt that could not be paid. Thats right, if she was in debt, he would be jailed.) yet claim that this is some how sexism against women and men had all the power. - +1 y
Or how in a society that has deemed that no matter the cirucumstances of a pregnancy a man is always responsible for paying the child support, as per the court ruling hermsmann vs seyer. Hermsman vs seyer was a court case where a 12 year old boy was sued by his female rapist and forced, by law, to pay child support to her. If a man wishes not to be a father he is forced into it by law unlike a woman, if he however wishes to be a father, the woman can abort, abandon (safe haven laws) or give his child up for adoption all of which is without his consent.
- +1 y
Thats before we get into the many many other issues (like how men have no reproductive and/or parental rights) wich show conclusively and empirically that feminism is not about equality, its about hurting men to the benefit of women. You cannot claim to be for equality while championing the oppression and villification of men. Period. Its mutually exclusive. If you do not see men in this way then why haven't you mentioned any of hte things men go through? Why does feminism blame men for the thigns men go through instead of the polices pushed by feminist themselves? Again, the facts are clear as to what feminism is and its not what your claiming it is.
Now I understand that I am just a male and that means what I say means absolutely nothing to you, to women, and to society, but what I have said is true. I recommend that you watch a documentary called "the red pill" by casey Jay, maybe a woman telling you this will have more of an impact then a man saying it.
Anonymous(30-35)+1 yNot just men. I hate feminist because they are the most sexist people on the planet. Just look up the YES means YES laws on college campuses and see how many guys have be falsely accused of sexual assault , and sued and won because of the kangaroo court established by the feminist movement. Women are now using these sexist laws as a weapon against guys and even when the guy is innocent he still gets expelled. Oh lets not forget manspreading, mansplaining , Air conditioning is sexist, #allmenarerapist etc. So if that is what you want to "fight" for, feel free and be a man hater.

We don't see the problem except you thought being "equal" with men would be so great and it actually sucks because the world doesn't give a shit about men anymore than it does about women.
This is what we think of when we refer to feminism, and if you look up the authors of these quotes, you'll find that these women are the intellectual "founding mothers" of modern-day 3rd wave feminism.

These women talk about us the same way Hitler talked about Jews or the KKK talks about blacks, and that's why you can't have a constructive, reasonable argument with us when you use their words and their rhetoric, because that only feels like an attack.
It's like trying to have a logical, reasonable discussion about race relations with a black guy, but you keep calling him a "Darkie" or a "Sambo" or the N-word, even.
Imagine going up to Black Lives Matter people and trying to say, "Well here's the real problem in America with you coloreds. . ."
Whatever point you thought you were going to make, you just completely shot it in the foot.35 Reply- +1 y
@lumos Please, look up the authors of the quotes, these women are not fringe lunatics in any way, these are the architects of the modern Women's Studies curricula.
You don't know who any of them are, but their ideas and their writings have had a far greater influence in academia and education and therefore in the culture at large. These women and their disciples are the architects of the gender war, they are the main puppetmasters behind the MGTOW movement, and all the propaganda on both sides. It's their psych warfare program that they wrote about in their textbooks. Again, look these women up. There's a reason why everybody's abandoning relationships and everybody's on 2-3 prescription medications for depression, anxiety, etc.
Because actually men and women are the same species, and it's supposed to be us against the world, and it can be, if we choose it. And everybody who is trying to divide and conquer us is our Enemy. - +1 y
We need to form real bonds and real alliances with real people, on an individual basis and stop being just avatars for any ideology that talks about how these people are and how those people should be treated and what these people over here deserve, and how much those people over there owe. . .
That's all Enemy propaganda.
421 opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. So... it's not so much feminism that's the issue. It's radical feminism. The feminism that says "all men are inherently evil, and all women are oppressed." There are those who have given feminism a bad name. For a long while I was very much anti-feminist. Then I heard one friend's perspective on it. Her views of feminism are very different from those of any extremist feminist. She wants to be treated with respect and to be treated as an equal. She doesn't want to simply be given things because she's a girl. It's not a matter of "I'm a woman, I'm oppressed, you need to do things for me to make up for my oppression." That's how many feminists behave. I'm not saying it's how you behave or that this is the spirit of feminism, but that, this sort of attitude has become common enough for people to develop a stereotype of feminists/feminism. And the sad part is, the ones who act in ways that are very anti-men are often the most verbal feminists. In a way the stereotype is not unfounded, it's just a matter of realizing the stereotype applies to a specific sub-group rather than to the movement as a whole.
30 ReplyYes. I'm sure they're for the idea of women and men having equal rights. However, a movement originally formed to specifically advocate womens' rights in a time period of actual oppression is currently not needed. Women can vote, get a job and hold their own just like a man, there is no "wage gap" (it's a myth), and so on. Nowadays, (third wave) feminism is often just misandry--reduced to a movement that whines about seating positions on buses and lies about statistics to pretentiously make women seen as victims 24/7.
At this point, there should be more focus on egalitarianism. You'll notice there issues for men too. Generally systematic ones: longer prison sentences for the same crimes, divorce stats. Some social ones too, such as lack of social support when harassed/assaulted by a woman. Feminist programming probably had a role in these.
Based off what I've gathered so far, girls have it easier, so joining a movement advocating the "equal rights" of a gender that isn't even disadvantaged compared to the other seems kind of morally off. Think about it. Even a large portion of women are avid anti-feminists. That's when you know something's wrong with the movement.51 Reply- +1 y
thats a quite good opinion. now I dont need to writte all that down. thanks man
402 opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. To be more accurate, I very much support the ideals of feminism such as equal opportunity, body autonomy and many other things. HOWEVER, I loathed how feminism's name was being used as a weapon for more selfish means rather than a tool to make change.
At it's core, feminism has the right idea, sure it could focus more on some of the male problems such as custody of children and Domestic violence support but a lot of their ideals are very agreeable and worth working towards.
On the other hand there are many men and women who used the 'feminist' label and pretty much dragged the movement's name in mud. There is a reason why many people shy away from feminism and you hear words like 'Feminazi' being popped up more often. They have become more militant, debate on skewed statistics and emotion, censor the other side etc. Often becoming the very thing they fight, with the only difference is what they believe in.
In the end, I more or less realized that I don't care who is a feminist or not. Their actions will decide how I judge them.21 ReplyThat's cause feminism is exploited nowadays by absolutely retarded woman, excuse moi for my language. But when you see a woman like for example that crazy woman which is a "TRIGGERED" meme now.. How can you not despise feminism? Even tho feminism is totally not like that in it's base definition or from what it was made.
Thoroughout the history women were handicapped in every possible way. You know more, you are a witch, you want education, not gonna happen, you want to invest something like men, not gonna happen, you wanna have same jobs like men or jobs where you are actually better then men, not gonna happen... Women were "under men's claw" for s very, very long time. After WW2 women were left alone with their husbands dead to live the life with kids and work jobs that they don't know or don't have education for. They were dying from not being able to survive.
So that's why feminism happened. Cause women were always beneath men in every way. Cause you know why? Physical strength always overcomes everything.
Sorry that I got carried away a bit. :)00 Reply- 1.1K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic.
+1 yCurrent feminism no longer means equality, and to be honest we've been listening to "fix this, now fix that, things still aren't good enough, you're oppressing me while you're trying to fix these things" for quite some time now. There's a point where equal treatment turns into special treatment if all we ever do is focus on improving half of the population.

And that's what 1st and 2nd wave feminism were about, that's what I support.
9/10 feminists are pushing to have greater female rights.
men see it as. 1:1 when the movement is aiming higher.
women only swim? there should be a men's only swim.
women only gym time? men's only gym time
ladies get in free to a club? men should too
most guys are cool with being 1:1. but feminists are ruining it and that's why they fight back.131 Reply- +1 y

Nobody hate the whole "equal rights" thing, but we do hate the femnazis. They are constantly trying to fabricate oppression that doesn't exist, and use these fabrications as ammunition to attack men. Also, we're sick of it being constantly preached in the media. Yeah, WE GET IT, women's body image is not that big of an issue. There are people being dismembered in the Middle East, yet these femnazis think their issues are of equal importance.
At this point, I don't even consider it to be feminism. It's just griping.20 Reply
+1 yMen and women are different. In fact men tend to be stronger, and better at measuring speed and distances. Women live longer, can see more colours than men and such Things... Equality lays in accepting differences. Feminism thinks they have to Fight for every right while denying men rights that women have. For example in justice there are crimes which nearly only men can do. For example rape. Near no judge would convict a women for rape if He says after Sex He didn't want. For women it would be easy.

+1 yI believe in equality between men and women but I'm not a feminist. We have some boundaries as a woman and we also need to realize that women would never be fully equal with men and vice versa. Feminism is only American thing anyway so I don't really stress on it too much I've got better things to do than yelling "femme rules" in the street
90 ReplyI frankly don't quite understand what it stands for anymore. I'm all for equal rights. There's only a couple gray areas that honestly my opinion doesn't really matter because I'm not an expert in that field.
I get weary of feminism, or turned off by it, because I look around and ask myself 'what else do you want?'. Women have all the same rights unless I'm missing something. You can drive, vote, work, get an education, serve in the government, join the military.. women get preferential treatment in family court when it comes to children and should the woman decide on an abortion does the father get a say?
Don't get me wrong, I'm not here to argue with anybody. I'm only pointing out what I see.20 Reply
+1 yIt depends what you mean by feminism. Of course I think women should have equal rights but also equal responsibility. Or how you and others are treated unfairly just so a company can appear political correct (so as in hiring practices to achieve perfect split equality). So yes I hate feminism. I believe in equality. Feminism doesn't support equality regardless of what they say. I would never willingly date a feminist. I wouldn't want to be with someone who thinks so little of me and that they are better or more important than me. Not just that but someone who is also so blind to see they are a hypocrite and most of their facts are bias to show the truth as they want it to be seen.
10 Replyits because in the western world the genders are practically equal and if you look closely you can say men are the disadvantages ones and the reason a majority of guys dont like feminism is because of people like this personally I know their are 2 types of feminism but most guys dont

+1 yUntil I see feminists pushing for equality of custody decisions in divorces, equality of jail terms, equality in employment protections, equality in alimony, equality in child support, equality in college admissions, equality in abuse suppport, etc... I'll still see a movement that stopped caring about actual equality some time ago.

Anonymous(36-45)+1 yNot just guys... MANY women are against it as well. It's a hate group.
Women who talk about "equal rights" always spew nonsense like "wage gap" and "rape culture" which is proven bullshit. They ALWAYS forget to mention the endless privileges they have over men which they don't want to give up. Feminism isn't about "equality" it's about having more.
It would do you wonders to watch this...

thats true. like in familycourts or even when the children are living with their dad only few woman pay for them then. Here im germany there are specific woman-parking gaps which are about an thirt or an half bigger than the usual parking-gaps. I can hardly think about an situation whre man are getring aways better than woman (besides the payday but here I think ALL people should be paid for their work and not just all the same...)
Anonymous(45 Plus)+1 yNo, only dumb guys who can't tell the difference between feminism and feminazism (chauvinists, patriarchal extremists, religious fanatics, rednecks, hillbillies etc).

+1 yI say I hate feminists moreso than feminism. Conceptually the state of equality between the genders is something I think we should strive for but, it doesn't always amount to womens rights in a legal sense. Some feminist just like to whine about the fact that women are made to look sexy in video games, on magazine covers, etc. They also sometimes overstate the statistical significance of the wage gap between the sexes.

+1 yYes, most guys do - because guys aren't as emotionally swayable AND because guys are the ones being negatively affected the most.
But ask yourself what kind of "equal rights" you are missing in the US. Reality is - women actually have MORE rights in the US than men do.10 Reply 4.5K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. Yes we do because we actually want equal rights, feminists want gender supremacy

+1 yI don't think most guys hate feminism per se, I think many guys dislike feminists. It's like when Gandhi said, "I ove Christ, but I hate Christians."
I think, at least nowadays, most guys can appreciate a woman's right to fair and/or equal treatment (not the same, mind you), but are often very put off by "feminists" who use the movement as a vehicle for misandry.00 Reply
+1 ySeeing females as humans not sex objects yes, agreeing with feminism no. Many feminists arguments do not address inequality on the males side and treat men as evil and having no discrimination of there own against them such as losing kids in the divorce overwhelmingly, much longer jail times for the same crimes etc.

Tell us, how do females not have equal rights in the US today? Do you think women here are more oppressed than men?
Men are sick and tired of the dishonesty and bias of MAINSTREAM feminism. The problem is not so called feminazis... it is feminists.615 Reply- +1 y
the problem isn't feminism or us being oppressed. females can't walk alone anywhere these days in fear of rape, kidnapping, girl shaming, cat calling and more. in the work place we are thought of as weaker and can't do as much or as well as out male counter parts. (at least in my experience.)
Opinion Owner+1 yThis ^^ is the typical dishonesty we have come to expect from feminism. Total bullshit.
Females are not kidnapped at a higher rate than males. Males are subject to violence at a much higher rate than females. Guys are shamed just as much as girls are. Rape does not happen at nearly the rate as feminists claims, and the fact is men are raped more than women when prison statistics are factored in. The claim women are considered weaker and less capable than men... that is YOUR problem, not society's. You have an inferiority complex. Not anyone else's fault.
Take responsibility for your own success and outcomes, like everyone else. Stop blaming others for your inadequacies. Stop using feminism as a crutch.- +1 y
women comprise the majority of population but are misrepresented with about 20% making up the house of representatives. so then statistically they are not proportionately represented. you don't have to be a woman to be a feminist. you just simply have to want equal rights for both genders. there is still a very wide pay gap between men and women. and we still promote a rape culture where we as a society will blame the victim, y making statements like" why was she wearing that outfit?" or "what was she doing in his hotel room?" that's were the inequality comes into play. I understand it's a hard concept for us to understand as men because we enjoy the benefits of our gender privlage and have never had to face the bias ourselves.
- +1 y
Thank you ruthless for understanding females and how hard it can be.
And Opion Owner I'm sorry me getting raped was all my fault. I'm sorry that females are apparently the problem and you need something to birch about.
Opinion Owner+1 y@Ruthless1 Women represent the majority of the electorate too, so why do we elect only 20% females? It's not just because of the bias of male voters. Men make better leaders. Both genders know it and they vote accordingly. When the best candidate is a female, she will get elected. Those are the facts and will never change. It's NOT a rights issue. We have the right to elect the best candidate, but we DON"T have the right to 50/50 representation.
Rape culture? Spare me. 99% of the population is passionately against rape. There i NOT rape culture.
The pay gap is due to women's own choices. You cannot study social sciences and expect to get paid the same as an engineer. You cannot work fewer hours and expect to be paid the same. You cannot make career decisions based on flexible work hours and expect to get paid the same as someone who places a high priority on more demanding but higher paying positions.
Opinion Owner+1 y@Ruthless1 You cannot remove yourself from the workforce for extended periods and expect to get paid the same as someone with more work experience on his resume.
Look dude, you are young and naive and haven't experienced yet the biases and sexism against men so I will cut you some slack. But you are one naive, brainwashed little "man". Enjoy the bliss that comes with that ignorance while it lasts.
Opinion Owner+1 y@wiseowl216 I'm sorry to hear you were raped. But I know other women who have been raped who are still intelligent and honest enough to recognize that feminism is doing more harm than good in the fight against rape. I'm not going to respond directly to you anymore until you respond directly the the points I made to you in my previous post, as I did for you.
Opinion Owner+1 y@Ruthless1 See the link below. This sort of thing happens all the time and feminism denies it. It happened to me. My brother in law is a detective in a major US city police department and he tells me you would be shocked how many false rape allegations they see every week. They rarely go to court because they get weeded out at the police department because it's obvious the allegations are false. There are zero consequences to the women who falsely allege these rapes. Is this the male privilege you speak of? Is this what we need feminism for?
www.girlsaskguys.com/.../a48643-believe-the-victims-but-what-if-they-re-the-liars- +1 y
So you picked one issue. and I'm fully aware this happens, as I have been a victim of false allegations for an assault against a woman. of course I was cleared of all charges, as the girl recanted her statement and revealed her true intentions. So of course this is not the "male privilage" I speak of. your point would be like say because there is equal opp enrollments in college, and some may have been chosen over a candidate of similar academic status based on being a minority, but saying that racism doesn't exist. But no where in my statement did I claim someone should bot have legal consequences for making false statements.

and if your age is correct then I'm significantly older than you little man, and I'll cut you some slack because you haven't experienced life yet. this way I think didn't develope until my now 17 year old daughter was discriminated against for wanting to play "boys" sports. Like football and wrestling. But I'm assuming you think I'm 13 because that's what my profile states, because I didn't feel like scrolling all the way down to the "70s" and thought I could change it later in my settings. So there you go, I'm prob old enough to be your dad😎
Opinion Owner+1 y@Ruthless1 No, I didn't pick one issue. Did you not read everything I wrote? No matter... I'm not going to waste time engaging with a liar.
Opinion Owner+1 y@Ruthless1
You chose to say you were 13 because you didn't feel like scrolling all the way down to the "70s"? Come on, NO ONE is that lazy. Total bullshit story.
I, on the other hand, am honest and I sleep just fine, old man.- +1 y
You believe what you want to believe. And I wouldn't expect you to believe me considering you believe the playing reps equality. next you'll tell me there's no more racism. And thank you, I'm proud to be older, a lot of my friends never made It to this age. And I'm sure you sleep fine which is part of the problem. stay woke! my regards.
