Why do adults tattle tale so much?

I thought that was a kid thing but I'm noticing the more and more I work at jobs, people tend to go the easy way out by telling on you instead of talking to you about something they didn't like. That so annoys me. And it be the smallest things. Why are people like this?

Because they never grow up, as no one tells them what to do.

yeah man cause all I did was call this guy to ask him to please put his gates on hold if they are ringing alot. I saw him on my cameras and he was on the phone and could have done that and suppose to do that. And I could just tell he didn't like that and hung up and immediately called on me and then they called me back sayin why I am watchin him on those cams and I wasnt. I just checked for a sec to see why he wasn't answerin his gate. SMH he told on me like a baby and I asked him nicely.

i see a lot of snitching where I work too, it sickens me.

I swear I'm allergic to snitchers because 2 times I got fired over them. I don't get caught I get told on smh
