Is she annoyed by me?

whenever I talk to this girl on facebook, sometimes she'll reply with long answers, but other times she'll just be like "sweet", "oh ya", "hahaha"

i tell her that if at any point I am annoying her, that she should just tell me and I'll stop. but then she says "naw, you're not annoying, not at all"

but with short replies like that, sometimes it makes me feel like she doesn't care.

Its not that its annoyed by you, its that there isn't anything to talk about. Like when I'm on chat with some people, I do the same thing. If I do think their annoying I don't even reply. If she says small stuff like that, then that means she still wants to talk to you, but there's nothing to talk about... Hope this helped! (:

Don't ask her if you're annoying her or anything like that. It probably tells her that you have low self esteem. I know that if it were me, if I wasn't annoyed before you saying the "tell me if I'm annoying you" part, I certainly would be after.

Never ask a girl questions like "Am I annoying you?" or "Are you enjoying this?" and the like. It tells them you're more concerned with their opinion of you rather your own opinion of them and then they usually won't be attracted to you.

Yeah don't act like you care so much. I'd cut the whole facebook crap out. Try to arrange a time when you can hang out, then talk.
