Everyone is a kid at some point, no matter how old someone gets there still gonna have that kid side so in short you will never be mature, you will just be better at hiding your immaturity
People are immature for years after their teenager years, both men and women.
It depends on what you're talking about.
But if it's in private, then it's okay, in most cases.
You're a woman. You'll always find people who think it's cute if you act like a child, even in old age. Whether you want to lean on that is up to you.
