I don’t agree with blm because it promotes violence. Almost like if you don’t agree with me you’re my enemy. America is supposed to be the land of the free, and making white people who never owned slaves take abuse from black people who were never slaves is beyond wrong! Yes slavery was horrible. I’m not overlooking that fact, but two wrongs have never made anything right! Blm is an attack on the people to keep them divided and make them hate each other. It was also an attack on the election and it’s honestly wrong.
I agree that we should all stick together; no matter the race or sexuality. But I disagree with saying all lives matter. There was a CCTV footage of 15yo girl getting jumped by several teenage boys. They aee black. They stole her credit card and Jordans. The guy who stole her Jordans, his face was fully clear in another footage after taking the girl's Jordans. There was also another girl (or the same girl. The events both happened in NYC.) She got jumped by a smaller group of young black teen males. They knocked her out and stole her phone battery.
I saw comments about other blacks not believing in BLM and I couldn't agree with them more. Our race are killing and beating each other, so why should I support BLM? I do believe other lives matter, but I just can't support BLM and I'm black.
@jasco 100% agree with everything you said. Start where the people (any person) lives and show kindness and positive nurturing and that goes a long ways. Yes we all bleed red so we're human. Being raised in a home, community can skew your upbringing but its what you and hiw you and your surrounding peers and influences shape you. Try to be positive and help out others, not because you need to check off your 'daily good deed' but because that's what you would expect from someone else.
BLM has NEVER been about "helping black people" just like feminism has literally never been about "helping women." You see, these are called cults and they don't just have to be run by pseudo-religious weirdos wearing robes. Any time a "movement" pops up to "help an impoverished group of people," you can guarantee any good intentions it had, if it ever had any at all, will quickly erode away into selfishness and capitalist greed. One could even argue Christianity has mostly existed as this, as well. If you really want to help humanity or a group of people, you don't need a group to tell you what to do, how to do it, and where to do it.
But I'm inclined to believe people don't like it for this reason:
A: when you say "all lives matter" as a response to "black lives matter", it can be interpreted as you downplaying the entire blm movement. Which thus can be seen as disrepectful.
You know how people say "All lives can't matter until black lives matter".
BLM amplified racism in America to date, to these conversations. People aren't open minded to hostility. Take down statues and thats a good way to lose support from Americans. We can't visit those places now like they used to be,..
@jasco you could say it's bs, I can see how people think it is. I just think if people were less emotional and more rational then we can actually change things for the better.
I was taking deep thought into it. Here's what I came up with, Politics in America are very emotional on both sides due to opportunity for change. Extreme Change= Extreme Divide. That isn't to suggest we need have no change, I think its the cause. Its nice to have quality of life improvement changes. What you think? Is the cause of emotional politics due to opportunity for change? Potential to.. radically change the benefits for one side or the other? Something like that.
I liked the update. Totally agree. It should be helping the black community. I go as far to say rental assistance and things. What happens is you end up born in a poor neighborhood then those influences or anything make it hard to make it. Lower income etc. To start. The racism push is detracting. Its like a ward from wanting to help the community. Someone like you is someone I'd want to help by the automation of taxes taken out of paycheck supporting the community. Call it socialist or whatever. I mean the money strictly supplied towards leveling out equal opportunity for all, not the definition and push being made how "equal opportunity " today is being executed.
Blacks believe they're oppressed, but this is a matter of being a minority, and hypocrisy, unless it can be proved blacks are inherently more empathetic and, given the opportunity to reverse roles, and be dominant, would not have oppressed whites, because, in reality, the issue is an issue of human nature, not race, one race just happens to end up the oppressed minority, but is no less guilty, because, were they the majority, would have done exactly the same as those they're attacking, because, again, this is a human nature issue, as one race would not inherently have behaved differently were circumstances reversed.
Black people are Oppressed by themselves. Not by whites, Asians, hispanics or the government. The black community has vile disdain for each other, and any of them who try to escape the hate.
That’s one of the reasons why white privledge and bigotry is a thing because white people throw reserve racism at people of color but have nothing to say when we throw it back
@Grubhub Bud everyone on this planet judge's others, its what we call natural selection. We do it when dating, when buying something, when looking at something pretty or not
@jasco that's true yes BUT NOT BY THE PIGMENTATION OF THE SKIN. We judge and select but I highly doubt most people do it by skin pigmentation that's like saying I don't want the car cuz its red it's stupid
There isn't anything wrong with saying that and I fact agree with you all lives do matter white, blue, black, etc it doesn't matter they all matter.
You have the right frame of mind and a healthy thought process on the matter. And your also right regarding helping black people, if you wanna help black folks you got to change their communities for the better especially the inner cities. Because that's where all the problems come from the drugs, violence, crime, broken families, sons with no fathers.
You gotta change the place it all comes from otherwise nothing will ever change.
I think both terms have been politicised and deconstructed and bastardised to the point that they might as well be meaningless. All lives matter. Black lives matter. White lives matter. These are generic statements that don't functionally say anything new or original or meaningful. Rather, their meaning seems dependent on all the surrounding socio-political context. It's a short hand so people don't have to think critically every time they bring up race relations, they instead can just insert a generic catchphrase that sums up the critical thinking (or lack thereof) that someone else already did. I don't think either statements are invalid, I just think they lack creativity. It's like people don't even wanna have actual critical discussions any more, they just black out their profile picture on Facebook, recite a few slogans, and BAM-- they've now earned status of being a "good ally". All without a lick of critical, original thought.
BLM have done fuck all to improve the lives of black people. They receive millions of dollars from philanthropists, big tech CEOS, etc. and what do they do they loot from black businesses (as well as white, Asian, etc.) and set them on fire whilst chanting “shoot the white folk” and advocating for destructive and extreme things like wealth redistribution and defunding the police. It’s a political organisation who (secretly) love it when the police kill black people because it gives them an excuse to topple statues, set cities ablaze and push a destructive agenda.
Speaking from a UK view point, I think we have a lot of people from different cultures and back grounds. Some have down really well I the UK such as Nigerians and Gujaratis. But other have not. Forgive my lazy thinking here, but I think it's very easy to look at problems in smaller communities and blame the wider community. It's harder to look inside your own culture and ask 'is it us?' The point I'm trying to make is, I think it is actually hard to say Britain today is racist when there is plenty of success here. And yes, I'm aware that might not have been true of every institution for all time, but on balance there are much worse places to be in a minority group. It's a sad fact that if you are different from those around you you will attract positive and negative attention
This comes from the guy who has it out for "Black" folks. Man, shove that race neutral garbage. What is up with you? Do you hate your family? Or something? I mean, they seem kind of out there. Do you think all "Black" folks are like your relatives?
I see your sister loves you. But. . . well. . . I don't want to talk about folks' family like that. I can see how things can be difficult if you have family members who are kind of lost or messed up.
I think you could be the kind of brother that comes from a broken fam. . . and sees that brokeness in a cultural context.
Maybe that isn't true? Maybe other "Black" folks don't have those kinds of issues.
I am talking about you. And your fam. I am friends with Lewis Carter. So do you know a lot of folks who have been shot and killed? I mean. . . aren't these your people?
Well, I am looking at your profile. And that guy is one of your friends. Is Imari your sister? She seems to be the only person you care about. If you would rather talk on facebook, that's fine with me. You seem kind of troubled. It has to be tough being who you are. . . and being young/"Black".
It is weird how "Blacks" get smacked with that "liberal" label. We are extremely conservative in a lot of ways. I counseled a young brother who was like you.
Of course you don't know me. I just feel sorry for you. You seem like the kind of "cat" who gets made fun of at school. But then blames "Black" culture and not the folks who made fun of you. I am going to ask around about you.
Dude, I dint blame black culture for bullying, I blame black culture for being stupid enough to believe they dont have a better chance of getting out of poverty if they wanted to, I blame black culture for not trying to help it's own people first before fixing other problems, I blame black culture for not trying to fix up its own neighborhoods and the only time they ever did get actually fix is when either A when someone else moves in, or B the county local governor does it. Why do black people not try to help the water boys get a better job so they can have a life? Why doesn't black culture try to correct people who are whores and are leaving there children to suffer? Of course black culture from my point of view doesn't discourage it or encourage it, it just let's it happen.
Well, you are in poverty, right? I mean looking at your facebook page, your family and friends, you guys are right smack dab in the middle of being poor. Now, you can become a grifter. There are plenty of racists who will pay you to say ignorant things about "Black" culture or the "Black" race. But it isn't like you are educated enough to know the difference, right?
:D
So you blame "Black" culture? Do you blame yourself? Do you blame your sister? I mean, she seems to be the only one you care about. She tells you she loves you on facebook. Do you blame your father, your mother? Can we bring them into this conversation?
Hmmm. . . here is an interesting question. Do they blame themselves?
Wow. . . how did I know you were being bullied?
Because I know little "Black" boys just like you. In fact, I mentored one who is just a little older than you. He is on his way to becoming an accountant.
Who is to blame for his success? His mother? Me? His grandmother? His church? Who helped him, who checked his homework? Who took him to the movies, to the theater. ?
Who kept his secrets about his sexuality?
Nah. . . it couldn't have been "Black" people could it? It wasn't us? It wasn't our "culture". You are so young and so confused.
No my family isn't poor 2nd i do know someone name Imari she was my ex and she has been block for years, 3rd i blame black culture for not helping fathers stay with there kids. 4th Black culture, the majority of it anyway is responisible for a lot of things, some good some bad. Depending on where your from yea i agree black people can be helpful but i am not talking about the areas where there are good people, i meant the hood areas.
Son, you can't fool me. I am looking at all your friends facebook. The video comes from one of Imari's friends. This person is in Chicago. Imari no relation to you? Dude, you have the same last name.
I don't care about what you mean. Because you have never been specific about your criticism of "Black" culture.
Dude we aren't family, yea she has my last name but you be surprise on my many people have my last name, 2nd i put my friends list on private so your lying bud, 3rd i don't know anyone from Chicago and the girl that i was dating was from FL
IS IMARI GUILTY OF BEING IN THIS CULTURE YOU SPEAK OF?
ARE YOU? I MEAN, YOU CAN'T EVEN POST USING CORRECT GRAMMAR. ISN'T THAT YOUR FAULT? DO YOU TAKE PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR NOT EVEN KNOWING THE English LANGUAGE WELL ENOUGH TO USE PROPER PUNCTUATION?
Do you think my clients would use my services if I sent an email with gigantic run on sentences that are at least a 100 words long? And the way you post here is no anomaly. This is how you type normally.
you wanna know why i blame black culture its because a lot of black people aren't willing to be helpful till someone gets hurt, they haven't done anything like this in a while and yes i know BLM was here before but it wasn't as large, why won't they do something about the crime but no they won't talk about that, you never hear anyone talk about the crime, Black culture doesn't discourage crime and that is what culture is suppose to do. Encourage good morals, encourage education and bettering of the community but they don't do that. Not all black people are the same i know that, however i also know that a majority of us do think alike i certain areas
You and anyone else can criticize my grammar all day long and do you really think i will care? Nope. 2nd i don't know imari anymore so do i care what tf she is doing no not at all. Is she at fault for whatever going on I don't know, she might be a small piece of the problem
DO YOUR PARENTS ENCOURAGE CRIME? DO MINE? MY NIECES AND NEPHEWS. . . DO THEY?
The answer is so obvious, you can't see it. But again, it isn't like you are getting much of an education on things like what race actually is. . . or what culture means.
Time and time again i have said that not everyone thinks the fucking same, i can't say anything about you or your family, i can say that my family does not. However i can't say for every other black person out there. i can't speak for them however i can go off about what i see and hear and from my moral point of view i see black people encouraging or at the least not discouraging crime. Did i say i blame you no, i said black people in general.
Yes, I will criticize your grammar. Because you are exactly what you claim to hate. Here you are talking about "Black" people not getting an education. Yet you are so ignorant you would post nonsensical rants without proper grammar and/or punctuation. What are you? 16 years old? We are supposed to trust your analysis of things you don't even understand?
Do you even know what culture is. . or how it is defined? Where did your father grow up? Where did his father grow up?
Do you realize I was one of the first "Black" people to go to college in my family? My mother didn't even attend integrated schools. She grew up without a proper education. But I bet at her age, she spoke/wrote English ten times better than you.
There was no internet when she grew up son. That was absolute tenacity that enabled her success.
And that was "Black" culture.
Just because you are around a bunch of ignorant folks don't assume we all are.
@jasco Then speak about the ignorance in your own family. Stop insulting other families just because they share your skin color. I can't fix the issues in your family. Though I would if I could. If I knew you, I would try to mentor you. But I don't. And if anything, the society we live in actually encourages us to not help each other.
That's something you should think about. Rather than repeating the same old company line that "Black" culture has failed.
Like for instance, here you are talking about BLM, when that is not your issue.
Your issue is what you are experiencing every single day.
1. Bullying 2. No one understanding you 3. No one counseling you 4. No one empathizing with you 5. No one teaching you.
Why you think that is solved by taking a crap on "Black" culture, I am sure I will never know. But I do know this, you can get help. You can go to a thousand places on the net where folks will show you compassion. There are hundreds of organizations you can join. . . where young "Black" boys like you can be understood.
Ok first off like you my father was also the first out of his family to go to college, Yes i am the figment of what i hate, i am sorry that learning for me has been hard every sense i was little, i have a learning disability unlike a lot of other black people. 2nd yet you haven't given me anything that would suggest that black people the majority of them anyway not all of them are at fault for a lot of the things that are happening or can you not agree with the fact that any bad behaviors are generated from the home where everything begins. Black culture is responsible for that is it not? As for your mother well glad she can use proper grammar, hope she doing ok, but uh yea your point to that is? Glad she made it i am truly but as you say that was a different age when black culture actually tried to help its people instead on relaying on the government unlike today. I am not ignorant.
So is your father, the first of his family to attend college, apart of this culture of failure? Why do you keep avoiding these questions? You claim you have a learning disability. So that is an excuse to use bad grammar and punctuation, while claiming "Black" folks don't like education?
My mother could have used the racist education system she grew up in as an excuse to not speak or write proper English. Yet her handwriting is second to none. Because she was not going to be denied an education, no matter what she had to do.
Again, is that an example of "Black" culture? Did she become successful because she rejected "Black" culture.
What is culture. . . and what does it enable people to do?
Again, you don't have basic knowledge of the issues you speak about. Its like you spent a lot your time watching racist youtube videos and pretending that "race neutrality" is a real thing.
You are the one asserting "Black" people have failed and have justified the murder and brutal treatment of "Black" folks at the hands of police officers. . . simply because other "Black" people give you a hard time.
I wouldn't give you a hard time. . . unless you gave me one. And it looks as though you are willing to criticize "Black" people just for being who they are, which is "Black" people. Again, I don't have to convince you of my experience. "Black" culture is the only reason why I am even alive.
If you survive by adopting some other culture, then do you. Stop pretending that we all have to hate "Black" folks and our own culture to survive and prosper. I am educated because of "Black" culture. I know the Lord because of "Black" culture. I am successful because of "Black" culture. And if I said it was not responsible for who I am, I would be lying.
Usually, the ones screaming the loudest about "All Lives Matter" are right-wing self-professed Christian types.
They could do with reading the parable of the lost sheep, in that book they love so much.
A Shepherd had 100 sheep. One day one goes missing. And the shepherd leaves the 99 sheep and goes looking for the missing one. "What about us,?" bleat the 99 sheep. "Don't ALL sheep lives matter?"
"Of course they do," said the shepherd. "But you ignorant fuckers aren't the ones in danger right now."
I may be paraphrasing. I don't go in for the whole bible thing.
Don't get me wrong, I believe that all lives do matter. But when people say this, they usually say it to downplay the BLM movement in saying "you don't think other lives matter, too?" We're not saying other lives don't matter. The reason why we say BLM is because of the oppression that black people have fallen victim to throughout history. It's oppression that's still active to this day. How many times have you heard of an unarmed black man getting killed by police, and if not killed they're nearly beaten to death? It's too often, and that's why people get upset when people say all lives matter in the assumption that we don't care about other people.
We can't say All Lives Matter until Black Lives Matter!
I can't help but notice that you said this from your excerpt: "I feel like BLM isn't doing what it should be doing and that's getting black people together, showing black people there's a better life then crime, but it seems that from what it looks like, they simply want war."
You don't even understand how warped your mind is from mainstream media in order to say something like this. If you payed close attention to who participated in those riots, you realize that it was mainly white people participating in it, tainting the BLM name. You have white kids not afraid to show their faces on camera when robbing a Target, influencers like Jake Paul recording himself stealing liquor from a looted store. And when you turn on mainstream news, they attack the entirety of BLM. And when you say "a better life then crime," you realize that BLM also supports black entrepreneurs and black-owned businesses. Giving black people opportunities for exposure than what they would typically receive. We're doing better off than what our stereotypes say.
The issue is in america and most of the world black lives are often treated as if they don't matter as reflected by disproportionate police shootings, imprisonment, poverty, and other discrimination. So the movment Black Lives Matter seeks to draw attention to these issues, but people saying all lives matter kinda gloss over these issues by replacing advocacy against racial injustice with some general "all lives matter". People who are a part of BLM don't think that other people's lives don't matter they just want to draw attention to the violence and injustice faced by mostly black people.
Well personally speaking most people that are black and are in prison more then likely deserve it however I dont think anyone should be killed by human beings regardless of reasons. So in short i ain't glossing over nothing, I simply want peace and my people to finally have a life besides violence
Yea, but given this disproportionate rate of crime in black communities, the cause of this crime is mostly material conditions. Poorer populations have higher crime, so do less educated ones. So goverment policy like the war on drugs, and criminalization of drugs specifically used by minority or poorer populations like the legal distinciton of crack and cocain means that historically people have tried to cause this disproportionate crime rate in these communities. Most people don't think that you should be in jail for consuming weed and yet 40,000 people are in jail for marijuana offences and African americans are 4x as likely as white americans to be arrested for weed despite the two populations using it at similar rates. The evidence for a bias in our justice system is astounding and needs to be adressed. Also the best ways to limit crime is through community investment not harsher policies.
My point was that African American populations see disproportionate convictions and arrest and this issue is ignored so that they made a movement advocating for black lives, thus BLM so when people say All Lives Matter they are glossing over the real issues. www.sentencingproject.org/.../...-Lives-Matter.pdf
Between 2012 and 2014, black people in Ferguson accounted for 85 percent of vehicle stops, 90 percent of citations and 93 percent of arrests, despite comprising 67 percent of the population. Blacks were more than twice as likely as whites to be searched after traffic stops even after controlling for related variables, though they proved to be 26 percent less likely to be in possession of illegal drugs or weapons. Between 2011 and 2013, blacks also received 95 percent of jaywalking tickets and 94 percent of tickets for “failure to comply.” The Justice Department also found that the racial discrepancy for speeding tickets increased dramatically when researchers looked at tickets based on only an officer’s word vs. tickets based on objective evidence, such as a radar. Black people facing similar low-level charges as white people were 68 percent less likely to see those charges dismissed in court. More than 90 percent of the arrest warrants stemming from failure to pay/failure to appear were issued for black people. The Concentrated Racial Impact of Drug Imprisonment and the Characteristics of Punitive Counties While White & Black Americans admit to using and selling illicit drugs at similar rates, Black Americans are VASTLY more likely to go to prison for a drug offense. In 2002, Black Americans were incarcerated for drug offenses at TEN TIMES the rate of White Americans. Today, Blacks are 3.7x as likely to be arrested for a marijuana offense as Whites, despite similar usage. 97% of “large-population counties” have racial biases in their drug offense incarceration. www.acludc.org/.../..._aclu_stops_report_final.pdf
@mich15smith - you ever read the BLM ideology, sweetie? Or too stupid to know how to read? BLM motto mentions other people once cause they're likewise racist - to hispanics, Asians, mixed kids, etc. - and couldn't give a shit about anybody but themselves.
@SomeBlondeChick wtf, I just stated their ideology. wdym they're selfish. They are fighting against the injustices that they face more often than most other groups.
You specifically may not but the evidence show that African americans disproportionatly face discrimination in many respects. So unless you think that African americans are disproportionatly stupid then you have to conceede that there is a systemic issue.
I feel like a lot of black that themselves in certain situations were in fact pretty stupid and most of those situations could have been avoided if they used common sense
Because we aren't willing to think outside of our little prison, we think there's systemic racism because we're broke instead of rich like all the white people. Black people by far do more drugs then almost any other race.
Mm well honestly I just feel like people in general should stay away from drugs sense common sense would tell you that doing them gets you in trouble regardless
the reason for the movement is because of unfair treatment. why should black people have to act better than white people on fear of death and imprisonment.
Why should black people not be held accountable for there own actions, why should white people not be held accountable for there own actions why should cops not be held accountable for there own actions, why does humanity not held itself for it's own actions? The reason why is because we dont like punishment, no one does. We like to do what we want, when we want and how we want it to be. Why should black people act better in general? Because black people are the main reason why crime is so high to begin with, I dont agree with the methods police used nor do I agree with the sentences that these judges give, I feel like some of these people just need reforming. But if they still act up after giving that reforming period then why not put them in jail longer
their longer sentances are controlling for criminal record. two people a black person and a white person with no previous charges are arrested. the black person is more likely to be convicted and even if they both are the black person would be more likely to get a longer sentance.
Nothing wrong with it at all. If you factor the population by the subset that has police interactions, black people are not disproportionally killed by police. This is statistical reality. We should all be working together WITH the police (not screaming in their face in the streets in the middle of a literal pandemic) to get them more funding and more training.
With that being said - anyone else notice you haven’t heard a peep from BLM since the election? Guess they outlived their usefulness to the democrat party.
All lives matter was a direct attack on Black Lives Matter. As you can see all lives matter has done absolutely nothing to help all lives. When people say Black Lives Matter it’s not ONLY Black Lives Matter. We know All lives matter we aren’t stupid.
Well why not just push for equality, why push for one race to be safer then the others, mexicans, Asians and even whites have there own problems to, why not push for better healthcare in general, why not push for better safety in all areas
When your house is on fire and you call the fire department for help you don’t want them telling you, “Well we have to go help someone’s house who’s not on fire because All houses matter.” You’d be outraged because your sitting there with your house burning down.
Well yea when you put it like that its stupid but what if everyone's house was burning, everyone's going broke, everyones suffering so why focus on one house when instead you could send out more fire trucks
Well duh it sounds stupid because it is. Focusing on the bigger fire is the main priority meaning more fire trucks would be needed. All those fire trucks your sending out doesn’t need to go to someone’s house who accidentally tripped the fire alarm. They need to go to the houses who are actually being burned down.
If you go look at what the folks to participate in BLM protests push for, you'll find it actually is all of these things. And at the end of the day, we know that being too vague doesn't work. If you went around protesting and advocating for "safety in all areas" and "better healthcare", people would just say you're being too vague to warrant caring about. If you get more specific, they criticize the specific topic you're on about... like you're doing here. Put together, it's a general pattern of avoidance that led us to the many societal problems we have today.
David dorns life didn't matter when he got shot by a black guy while working , that 8 year old girls life didn't matter when she got shot in a drive by.
Thousands of black people's life doesn't matter when when the shooter is black.
But as soon as the person holding the gun is white or police or both, suddenly half the country is on fire.
@grega239 Actually, the deaths are just part of the equation. The other half is what happens after the crime is committed. One of the biggest complaints of the BLM movement isn't just that black people are murdered by cops - it's that nothing happens to the killers afterwards.
So you'll see a whole bunch of "oh yeah, whaddabout [insert name of somebody killed by a black person here], you hypocrite?" and the difference is: they actually got punished for the crime.
In David Dorms' case, there was a $56k reward offered and six people in custody within 48 hours. Most of the killers of the victims BLM regularly protests about have never even been arrested, let alone charged with a crime.
That's the difference. Good job understanding a problem before you post about it.
In case that's too difficult to understand, let me sum it up more succinctly:
When a black person gets murdered by a cop or even just a white person... often times absolutely nothing happens. It's just not a big deal. Nobody gives a shit. In the relatively rare event they're forced to, there's always a technicality and the killer gets off with a slap on the wrist.
When a cop, or just a white person gets murdered by a black person, rewards are offered, arrests are made, the whole community goes on alert, it's dogs living with cats and raining frogs until the killer is caught and convicted.
@Virgo31 If it doesn’t mean: „ONLY Black Lives Matters“, then why not simply say: „Black Lives ALSO Matters!“, to make it clear? It would stop a lot of questioning about the misleading term „Black Lives Matters“
@Virgo31 there is also thing called conter fire, where you burn out places to restrict larger fire from spreding. Not American, but I dont see how BLM help, and it doesn't translate well. Maybe at start its ideas was good, but right now they are shit.
@HungLikeAHorsefly nothing happens to the killers because 9/10 it's justified.
The reason I'm whatabouting is because you don't see the outrage when the killer is black, which it usually is.
And the reason I bring up david dorn is because he seemed to be a law abiding citizen unlike floyd, taylor, and several others that got basically made into martyrs despite the fact that had a history of violence.
Praising criminals but crickets for dorn and that little girl.
And how is burning shit and looting gonna help solve anything
@grega239 I’m sorry, how is it justified for a man to be choked on the ground for nine minutes crying that he cannot breathe with people pleading the police get off of him. Why is it justified to shoot a woman in her home with a no knock warrant for drugs when there were no drugs in her house.
@grega239 dude 93% of the protest have been peaceful. Half the country isn’t on fire, so stop acting like it. You’re being dramatic and making a hyperbole out of riots. Which again BLM doesn’t stand for, protesters and rioters are two different people that’s why they have different names.
George floyd is the only example of unjust I can come up with.
Breanna taylor was shot because her junkie boyfriend shoot at the police and she got caught in the crossfire. Jacob blake, a guy with an extensive criminal history and several others who were shot for violent behavior and who were used as propaganda and them being shot use to justify destroy businesses of people who had nothing to do with those shootings. There are also plenty of videos of blm supporters threatening to burn peoples homes.
And yes , blm infact does stand for the riots because they're carried out in it's name
A house is burning down. You call the firefighters to come and help you. You go grab a bucket to try and help but when you come back you see they came to your address but started blasting water at a house two blocks down. When you ask them what they're doing because your house is the one that's on fire and needs help right now they say "well every house matters."
Do you understand the bullshitery in that now?

Lady, go fuck off somewhere thank you. 2nd your putting a house against a human life, two very different things you idiot. The government is what's dictates the rest if the country not just black people. It affects everyone and sense its America it affects the entire planet so yea I will not stop saying all lives matter because we have to stand together and come back to being a better world
Oh really, wow thanks for telling me, but that's metaphor is a terrible example. Human beings are all important and anyone who does something wrong to others should be held accountable regardless of profession, race, or wealth. Why can't we just advocate for that
Here’s what’s stupid about your analogy. It ONLY works if ONLY black people are getting killed by police. That’s incorrect at its core.
The correct analogy would be you go into a neighborhood, there’s 4 White Houses on fire, 3 Black Houses on fire, and 1 yelllow house on fire. IF you told me “black houses should have their fires put out”, I’d look at you crazy. All houses are burning.
@joeldalton hhHahahha nah man you just don't understand the metaphor. The fire doesn't represent all of the struggles in your life (we're currently talking about racial issues not gender or religion or class issues). It represents discrimination. The other houses aren't on fire (aren't discriminated against) but the fireman still waters it like that's the house that needs it. Understand now that I've put it in simpler words?
@joeldalton you don't give extra food to a upper middle class family you give it to the kid that's starving. What YOU'RE saying is we should give that food to the upper middle class family TOO because"everyone gets hungry and needs food". How about now? Do you understand now? Or are you just too racist to accept that you're in the wrong here.
@ShootShootBangBang I'm really trying not to laugh dude so sorry if this comes off wrong. We're not talking about CLASS (poor, rich) issues but RACIAL (white, black, latino) issues. Cmon now you could AT LEAST understand that. How old are you by the way? What's your level of education? (Just interested, not judging)
The whole black lives matter movement is based around police brutality which does affect all, and affects white people more than black people. So try again.
because the white population is higher than any other race 😭 how come black and white people consume weed at the same rate but a black person is 3x more likely to be charged from it? 😐
@jesserutherford Not only as a population as a whole, but as a percentage of the population of each respective race's interaction with police.
There could be any number of factors that contribute to a higher arrest rate for marijuana. Could be that those are additional charges when someone is arrested - it's well established that black people commit more crime than whites. It could be that it's easier to bust weed smokers in the inner cities than it is to drive through the suburbs looking for people smoking weed in their houses. To just immediately cry 'racism' is intellectually lazy.
@joeldalton hajahaha you remind me of that guy who was like "so if a man sleeps with a woman when she says no it's what AUTOMATICALLY rape." Yes Brian if you say something racists it's aUTomaTICalLY racist hahahaha.
When people say that I respond Black Families Matter, because BLM is attacking and destroying Black families. They support abortion of Black Children, the attack Black Fathers, and street thugs who terrorize Black families. They are trying to use the veneer of social justice to bring in their atheistic Marxism. They are filled with the spirit of the Antichrist. I think it is stupid to refer to people as black or white as no one is either. We are all human beings created in the likeness of God. There are no races and Jesus died for us All the same. The only thing that truly separates people is the choices we make. There is such a thing as black culture, but it is independent of skin color. That being said there are racist out there, but it isn't systematic outside the school system and you'll certainly find more supporting BLM. It is true All Lives Matter, but Black Families Matter is a true strike at the heart of BLM.
You're missing the point a bit. IF all lives "had mattered" to all the people NOW saying "all lives matter", there would have been no need to specifically point out that "black lives matter" too. Yes, all lives matter, but it hasn't been that way in reality in the United States for hundreds of years.
We can only "hope" they're changing. Laws don't change hearts, only understanding does. As long as folks remain ignorant, they'll be no real change. Let's pray for the best.

Actions speak louder than words.
Keep you the work and have a good day man.
To me nothing is wrong with it.
That stuff.
Well that's kinda bs ain't it sense black people are human as well so I don't understand what's wrong
BLM amplified racism in America to date, to these conversations. People aren't open minded to hostility. Take down statues and thats a good way to lose support from Americans. We can't visit those places now like they used to be,..
Well it is what it is
@jasco you could say it's bs, I can see how people think it is.
I just think if people were less emotional and more rational then we can actually change things for the better.
I was taking deep thought into it. Here's what I came up with,
Politics in America are very emotional on both sides due to opportunity for change.
Lives matter. If you have to add a color to the sentence, you're a racist
I like that one!
@Unit1 but it's true thou
Yes, absolutely correct :)
@Bratsondanielle
I love you ❤️
@Tonytoutouni123 lol thanks but take care my boyfriend has an aim like a sniper lol
@Bratsondanielle
Well, as long as you don't tell him about the affaire that we have, I am sure he won't find out 🤐🤫😉
And it’s not racist when white people look at black men in stores and look at em like they’re criminals
That’s one of the reasons why white privledge and bigotry is a thing because white people throw reserve racism at people of color but have nothing to say when we throw it back
@Grubhub I never judge by color
Yes you do, you’re white. All white people judge
@Grubhub you little racist lol I hope you're joking right?
@Grubhub Bud everyone on this planet judge's others, its what we call natural selection. We do it when dating, when buying something, when looking at something pretty or not
Shut up fool lol
@jasco that's true yes BUT NOT BY THE PIGMENTATION OF THE SKIN. We judge and select but I highly doubt most people do it by skin pigmentation that's like saying I don't want the car cuz its red it's stupid
@Bratsondanielle yes i agree with that
@jasco thank you:-)
There isn't anything wrong with saying that and I fact agree with you all lives do matter white, blue, black, etc it doesn't matter they all matter.
Thank you for not being afraid to speak your mind on the truth.
Umm thanks but we really shouldn’t be at the point where you’ll be thanked for speaking your mind.
Unfortunately that’s the case nowadays.
Yes that is true. I am scared to tell people I believe all lives are equal.
There were a lot of white peoples looting but yet the media and white america doesn’t care about that
I never said it was just black people looting. I said it was BLM which has white supporters.
It's like 50% of white people, 90% black people and 60% Hispanics.
It's harder to look inside your own culture and ask 'is it us?'
The point I'm trying to make is, I think it is actually hard to say Britain today is racist when there is plenty of success here.
What are you talking about
I am talking about you. And your fam. I am friends with Lewis Carter. So do you know a lot of folks who have been shot and killed? I mean. . . aren't these your people?
www.facebook.com/.../
www.facebook.com/.../
Dag, I can't post a facebook video. But anyway, I am just looking y'all facebook stuff.
Man. . . this is rough.
But you made your stuff private.
Weird.
I don't know who tf these people are. Never been there nor have i been on facebook in over 3 months
Um sorry dude but one I don't know you, two I don't know how you found me but your kind creepin budd, and 3rd have a good day mate
Of course you don't know me. I just feel sorry for you. You seem like the kind of "cat" who gets made fun of at school. But then blames "Black" culture and not the folks who made fun of you. I am going to ask around about you.
You don't mind do you?
:D
As for bullying goes, everyone gets bullied and I dont blame culture for that, I blame the people who were doing it to me
And yes I do mind, I dont know you or anyone that you know
Well, you are in poverty, right?
May God help you figure this out.
So again. . .
Right. Hey, your expression of love for each other is completely coincidental.
:D
So let's pretend she is not related to you.
IS SHE APART OF THE BAD "BLACK" CULTURE YOU SEE?
You and anyone else can criticize my grammar all day long and do you really think i will care? Nope. 2nd i don't know imari anymore so do i care what tf she is doing no not at all. Is she at fault for whatever going on I don't know, she might be a small piece of the problem
SO DOES IMARI ENCOURAGE CRIME? DO YOU?
YOU REFUSE TO ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS.
1. Bullying
2. No one understanding you
3. No one counseling you
4. No one empathizing with you
All lives matter.
You got me mistaken for the asker don't you?
@The_Inquisitor I didn't even see your response when I was typing out my reply. Maybe there was a delay or lag on my end.
I meant to reply to my own comment in order to expand on what I wanted to say.
Well yea I agree that people shouldn't be in jail for weed
The Concentrated Racial Impact of Drug Imprisonment and the Characteristics of Punitive Counties
While White & Black Americans admit to using and selling illicit drugs at similar rates, Black Americans are VASTLY more likely to go to prison for a drug offense.

I dont face any injustices because I ain't stupid
You specifically may not but the evidence show that African americans disproportionatly face discrimination in many respects. So unless you think that African americans are disproportionatly stupid then you have to conceede that there is a systemic issue.
I feel like a lot of black that themselves in certain situations were in fact pretty stupid and most of those situations could have been avoided if they used common sense
so why do they not use common sense as much as other people? they go to prison more so why do you think that?
I dont feel like that systemic racism has anything to do with doing drugs
Because we aren't willing to think outside of our little prison, we think there's systemic racism because we're broke instead of rich like all the white people. Black people by far do more drugs then almost any other race.
white people and black people use weed at the same rate but get arrested 4x as much and for longer on average
Mm well honestly I just feel like people in general should stay away from drugs sense common sense would tell you that doing them gets you in trouble regardless
black people don't use weed the most.
the reason for the movement is because of unfair treatment. why should black people have to act better than white people on fear of death and imprisonment.
Good job , you hypocrite
@Virgo31
If it doesn’t mean: „ONLY Black Lives Matters“, then why not simply say: „Black Lives ALSO Matters!“, to make it clear?
@Tonytoutouni123 It never said Only Black Lives Matter so that’s completely your fault for assuming.
Bro.
Easy example:
A house is burning down. You call the firefighters to come and help you. You go grab a bucket to try and help but when you come back you see they came to your address but started blasting water at a house two blocks down.
When you ask them what they're doing because your house is the one that's on fire and needs help right now they say "well every house matters."
Do you understand the bullshitery in that now?
You're extremely racist. Please get yourself in check.
Sincerely,
A white girl
Lady, go fuck off somewhere thank you. 2nd your putting a house against a human life, two very different things you idiot. The government is what's dictates the rest if the country not just black people. It affects everyone and sense its America it affects the entire planet so yea I will not stop saying all lives matter because we have to stand together and come back to being a better world
They do that in poor white neighborhoods too.
@jasco BROOO🔊ITS🔊A🔊METAPHOR🔊
@joeldalton I’ve seen poor white kids get the crap kicked out of them by the police.
Hhahahhaha k Jason
@jesserutherford nah don't his little head can't comprehend that lmao
@ShootShootBangBang do what?
K Brian u can go now hahagaha
@ShootShootBangBang
I'm really trying not to laugh dude so sorry if this comes off wrong.
So try again.
because the white population is higher than any other race 😭
how come black and white people consume weed at the same rate but a black person is 3x more likely to be charged from it?
@joeldalton okay now give statistics and sources to further explain your view point :)
@joeldalton you know I'd educate u but I'm sooooo not in the mood.
Lmao. “I don’t have time to educate you” is the favorite phrase of the intellectually lazy. Along with “ITS RACIST”.
@joeldalton Yeah better than just being dumb. I'll take lazy any day.
@joeldalton hajahaha you remind me of that guy who was like "so if a man sleeps with a woman when she says no it's what AUTOMATICALLY rape."
Yes Brian if you say something racists it's aUTomaTICalLY racist hahahaha.
Oh so a guy who doesn’t exist. Head back over to tiktok, child.
@joeldalton ... a guy who doesn't exsist? What?
Get back in your coffin u fossil hahahha
Well as you can see things are in fact changing slowly but stkll
We can only "hope" they're changing. Laws don't change hearts, only understanding does. As long as folks remain ignorant, they'll be no real change. Let's pray for the best.
