Believe me, sites like 4chan and YouTube are filled with Canadians who literally hate everybody. And no they aren't robots, underage kids trying to be cool, or paid shills... they are actual grown adult Canadian men (albeit immature), who claim to be "speaking their minds." They post things such as "destroying all cucks and shitskins in Toronto" and "Vancouver used to be wonderful, until the Chinese bastards moved in." And there's a lot of Canadians in Canada who actually like Trump.

Trudeau himself seems to be a closet racist.

You never see Americans ranting about the demographics in their country, like all the diversity in New York, or Mexicans and Asians in California, or all the black people in Detroit.

4chan is a cess pool. The worst of the worst live there. It's no metric on which to judge average citizens.

When you have different nationalities and cultures brushing up against each other, of course you're going to have friction and some anger and hostility. You don't just throw the whole country (and its citizens) in the trash and say well, they're a lost cause.

I've lived in both countries and Canadians are definitely not more racist than Americans. Canada is more inclusive and more cohesive, generally speaking.

But yes, there's some resentment here too. It may be a massive country with lower population density than a lot of places, but it's taken in more than its share of immigrants (my family being some of them, decades ago) and assimilation is not always what immigrants want, as they grow in numbers. The more emboldened people feel, by growing numbers, the less effort they have to put in to get along with the locals. But so be it, that's life.

We are all better together, commingling. I've met some very nice people because colour was no barrier to me.

I'm Canadian and I'm an Independent politically.
There's definitely some right-wing people here, but Canada is less populated and people don't bother each other as much.
Our beer is strong and it helps us to be nice.
