He was not indicted , told you. His lawyer/tax guy is responsible. He told Trump it was ok to do what he did. Which I don't see anything wrong with it. Providing a company car should be part of their salary if they really used the car. Far as I can see his workers did. If I used a company car and didn't pay rent or for gas , I would say that is part of my income.
