Should anti-vaxxer Leslie Lawrenson, who posted an anti-vaccine video and died of COVID 6 days later, have gotten the COVID vaccine?

58 year-old Leslie Lawrenson, father of two, took the risk not to get vaccinated. When he caught COVID he chose to take Ivermectin, an anti-parasitic medicine that has been proven in multiple clinical trials to have no affect on COVID, and posted a video about how his immune system will beat the virus. 6 days later he was dead. His wife learned about her husband’s videos after he died and chose to keep them up as a warning to other vaccine deniers. She said he put her sons at risk by not getting the jab.

Very sad. He was an educated man.

should be promoted. yep, he's older, he should have, but it's his choice. some people think the earth is flat and will try to prove it. some will try to make friends of bears. what ya gonna do, protect everyone from themselves... why?

I had it, and it was awful. thus, reluctantly, I go the vaccine. I encouraged loved ones to get it, but it's their choice... I do'n't claim ownership of truth.

That said, if there are downsides to the vaccine, we don't hear that in media. there may be unintended consequences. there often are.

the good news is eventually all those people will die off or have immunity and thus we'll be saved. the herd is thinned, the stronger... smarter... or luckier... survive... to die of something else.

We know that the virus doesn't care about whether someone does or doesn't deserve to die. It will attach on to whoever is the weakest or least likely to beat it. kill and move on. It's what viruses do.

Vaccines whilst not providing 100% efficacy will limit the amount of those it kills.

Not taking the vaccine it is a choice that everyone has to make, much like crossing the road blindfolded. Not much chance of survival, but it IS their choice.

Yes, he should have gotten the vaccine. NO, he should not be mandated to do so. It should and was his choice. He chose poorly for his health and comorbidities and was more concerned with the vaccine then he was covid and it didn't work out for him. He should have spoken with his doctor.

As I said multiple times now and will continue to say, people WILL get the vaccine if the gov can actually start proving it's trustworthy and stops breaking the people's trust. If the US gov wasn't full of habitual liars things like this would never happen. Alas it did.

I honestly don't trust the vaccines. They rushed it out. It's an exception in the eu's health regulations. Yes, it might prevent me from getting corona. Yes corona kills the old and autoimmune.

However, i wouldn't want to get the shivers or have my genes rewritten. This is actually the worst part. Pfizer is a vaccine that literally alters your dna. We're not ready for this. We've barely just made sheep that lactate spiderweb.

I don't trust anyone but myself with my dna. I don't think i'll be growing horns, but i do believe that gene altering drugs would be a marvel of social engineering. What if the pharmas decided to increase reliability on drugs? What if our brains were being modified to easier adopt certain ideals?

Who are you to tell if they can or can't. It's not like the majority can comprehend all that gibberish on the labels or even have access to the recipes in the first place.

He should have self-identified as a member of Congress, an NBA basketball PLAYER, but NOT the work staff, a post office worker, a teacher in a union with exemptions, a Democrat, an Afghani refugee, or an illegal coming across the border from Mexico, because all of those people are exempt from vaccine mandates; meaning it's clearly safe for THEM to go unvaccinated.

I do find it funny that when a person dies from Covid that wasn't vaccinated, they never mention underlying problems or the media chooses not to address these things. But when someone who got the vaccine dies, they mention the underlying problems this vaccinated person had
