Do Asians follow you around the store or only Mexicans and blacks get followed around?

I’m White. I got followed around a lot at clothing department stores as a teenager. I always told them to leave me alone repeatedly. Same thing tended to happen in pharmacies a lot. I even remember being on the candy isle at Walgreens to buy a snack and a drink and some security guard came out of the back and started yelling at me Where is it, where are the pens... I’m like what the fuck are you talking about. He tried to search my pockets and shit so I took out my wallet and waved $500 in his face and said I make more in a day then you do in a week fat man get the fuck away from me.
I think they are just really aggressive with everyone where theft occurs often, especially with teenagers... A lot of teens steal clothing, food, alcohol, cigarettes, etc. So whenever they see an unchaperoned teen they bust their balls. When I was in college I had a professor that taught C++. Before he taught, he use to write software for cash registers and inventory management for large grocery store chains. He said they only make about 1% profit and it’s a volume game. They lose 1% of profit to “shrinkage” otherwise known as theft. So if you can stop theft you double your profits in industries like that. We focused a lot on ideas to monitor people and products in that class.
When I was 19 I bought a cassette at Walmart. On the way out the door this guy who worked there stopped me and checked my bag for a receipt thinking I stole it. After I showed him the receipt I berated the fuck out of him so bad. These retail workers just like with covid today love that idea that they have authority. I am not bashing retail I worked it too but these people get off on it and go on a power trip.
And like I stopped someone at my job before when the alarm went off and they were going out the door but it was part of the job. You see someone who might have stole something it is common sense stop them when the alarm sounds but I never got a big head over it.
Yea them Asians follow you around all the time. I mean when I am in the convenience store they keep following me around saying hurry up and buy and then even saw the Asian lady's head pop out of the ice cream freezer saying hurry up and buy. They are sick!
For this reason, I prefer to shop at online beauty supply stores instead of going to those type of stores in person. I can tell that the store owners don’t trust me when I go in and it makes me feel uncomfortable.
I’m black and have never been followed in a store but my mom has and it was an Asian lady that was following her. She just took her business elsewhere

Can't really blame the store owners.. Blacks and Mexicans are notorious shoplifters. If you're not planning to steal, why do you care if someone follows you around?
Asian shop owners follow everyone in their store. If 100 customers come in the store, 100 Asians come out of the bathroom to follow every customer around.
No, but I've had some white women scared to leave the cash register unattended while I was nearby.
I'm white, but I've been told that I look like a convict when I grow a beard.
I heard that they follow because they already know. It really waste of time they image freedom of america so long then the result is like that.
No, East Asians and Europeans generally speaking, seem to have a certain amount of mutual respect for one another. Both are also least likely to be thieves.
I don't like most east Asians specifically Chinese to being with as people. They seem like creeps and just straight weird. As feeling suspicious.
@Neosporin: In your dreams. Chinese super suck. Submmisive bucks who always obey. 🤣
@neosporin I do love Chinese food so yes your people have contributed to the world.
I am Asian so Asians don't follow me around the store.
Yes, Asian store owners do that. I have experienced it before.
Everyone get's followed, specially the young.
But gosh, I'm followed to this day, and I'm way past my prime.
Here's the biggest reason they follow you, who ever you are, and believe me, if they follow you more than most there's a rational reason.
They are scared of you and for a good reason, the biggest reason is that they think you aren't gonna buy (at least as much as they think you would) if they don't interfere and make themselves available in the exact right way. Another risk is you could shoplift. And they are also terrified of what you gonna think about them and if that's gonna scare you away from the store.
Now, the main thing informing them is your behavior/demeanor and age.
If you "browse" you are indistinguishable from an uncertain client or a shoplifter, or worst, a haggler, lol!
I never got followed but I also never stole or got encouragement to steal.
so you just admit that you and your family stole but complain about being followed around?
Oh no, us whites are taught to respect small business. Probably why we make more than you.
An Asian Barista followed me around the cafe once I think she liked me though she was blushing really hard when I left the tip in
I've never in my life worried about whether an employee was watching me in a store, because I never planned on stealing anything.
I’m black never got followed and i’d never steal anyway...
They don't
