Cause their some women unfortunately will use say their partners did turns out not to be true.
listen okay
rape is bad
@Jouth: So is lying about it . What's your point, NPC?
@ObscuredBeyond it is bad don't you see
@ObscuredBeyond over 90% of rapists get away with it and you want to focus on a small minority of false allegations?
@Subarugirl It's important to focus on all the aspects. Rape is awful and should never happen. I know 10 girls who have been raped and this is disgusting and must somehow be fixed.
But I also know 3 guys who have been falsely accused. 1 legally, and the other 2 were just accused within our friend group because either
a) the girl didn't want to be seen socially as someone who cheats on her boyfriend or
b) the girl didn't want to be seen as the girl who allowed another guy to cheat on his girlfriend with her best friend.
In the "a" I was literally there as they fucked in the back of another friend's SUV. I saw how she initiated EVERYTHING with him, how they were both drunk as hell, how he hesitated since she was taken, but most of all, how it was completely consensual. I also saw how she lied and tried to manipulate the group against the dude she fucked, first claiming she remembered nothing, then altering real details from the night in ways that were obvious attempts to deceive is into thinking she was too drunk to remember anything, THEN miraculously recalling all the events in perfect detail except claiming that the consensual sex was rape. Most of all, 2 weeks prior, she tried to fuck me. Not once, but several times after I said no, since she had a boyfriend. She also tried to fuck me again after the "so called" rape.
Because it is statistically tiny doesn't mean it doesn't happen. One guy I know has his entire future being called into question because of a mutually drunk hook up at a party that the other person does not remember.
False accusations need to be addressed, just like rape itself needs to be addressed.
@Jouth I completely agree!
I agree with you too! Cause I also know dudes who have gotten away with rape and it absolutely sickens me.
Where do your statistics come from, for starters. Second: I never said it wasn't horrible. I said lying about it is even worse. A woman's body will heal. A man's reputation won't.
@Jouth : It's all about connections. Well-connected rotten apples can even get elected president. Brandon, for example.
@ObscuredBeyond and what about the emotional and mental trauma that will stick with that person for the rest of their lives. You are so focused on such a small minority. False accusations are horrible but they are very rare. Mean while someone in the US alone is sexually assaulted ever 68 seconds.
@Subarugirl Straight up, the effects of rape don't just as long as the rape itself. A victim will never have the same sex life again after what has happened. She might be able to rebuild and get some sort of sex life but she also might not and could have to forgo sex, one of the most amazing parts of the human experience. I just fucking hate that this shit still happens today. Literally pisses me off every day because I have friends that are still dealing with trauma because of one guy being an asshole on one night 15 heads ago.
I don't believe they necessarily are but I deplore the concept of her/him automatically being believed.
One should always be presumed innocent.
If you went the house in the dark where that suspicious woman/man alley by yourself , and you got raped.
You are fucking idiot and he/she need to be sent to jail.
For people who are able to take a decision for themselves, such people are blamed either because of the false accusations or because they have been irresponsible for their own safety.
It’s easier than investigating. And religion is a big part.
Which? Please elaborate. Be specific. I can recall only one instance that happened in any circle I've been in, and it was a total lack of faith and lack of integrity, and pure parochial school board politics, that led to them throwing the victim under the bus.
When you look at how they made decisions to cover up what happened, and transferred a ticking time bomb vicar to another district in the hopes that everything would simply go away, you won't find a single Bible verse defending that lack of justice. That board wasn't acting on religion; but standard-fare human cowardice. It was neither the first nor last time that whoring for state accreditation has cost that particular institution via scandalous backfire.
@ObscuredBeyond it’s quite easy to find. But here’s the scary part, the ones we don’t know about are double.

The officer was trying to eliminate the possibility of her lying. I don't see religion playing a role in the video from the officer. Just a huge zeal to determine if she's being honest or not.
And it's interesting how much this is being played up. I remember being interrogated once over a big nothing burger, and being bullied a lot worse than this by the officer. The difference? That one wasn't interested in the truth. She'd made up her mind what I was, based on unfounded rumors and emotional response to them. Her only interest was in breaking me, so that I'd admit to something that never happened, so she could take credit for bagging the biggest case of the year.
The officer in that video was out to eliminate the possibility of a false report, to ensure he was going after the guy legitimately. That it was actual rape, not simply after sex regret. What I endured, was a witchhunt. From psychos out to make names for themselves. They wanted this nothingburger to morph into Duke Lacrosse 2.0. Hilarious in hindsight, when you study what became of Nifong after that trial. It was a blessing in disguise that they didn't get what they wanted, and got only a slap on the wrist for what I went through.
Again, I see no specific religion. What I see, is human pride and vanity.
@ObscuredBeyond you clearly haven’t studied the psychology of rape victims
Blaming your victim for your sexual assault is a poor excuse
Because the world is a truly fucked up place.
I don't know but its pretty infuriating.
Are they? This is not what I have observed.
All you have to do is read through the comments on here
That is extremely rare.
If you really think that you should scroll through the comments here
People talk about whatever the media pushes and the media makes mountains out of mole hills.
Hon I’m talking about my personal experience
When it happens, it is horrible and sadly too often the girls and women never fully recover, I truly hope, you have the mental power to overcome your awful experience. Nevertheless, that doesn't imply to me that it is what usually happens when victims are sexually assaulted. I believe it used to be more common especially when the police would ask questions such as, "Did you enjoy it?" or in court, the victims would be questioned extensively about their sexual history. That is like being assaulted twice. I believe those practices are no longer allowed.
Lol the Mime says No more Silence 🤣
Another Leftist lie likely.
I don't know it baffles me
It is a sick dated perception.
