People don't normally comment on stranger's armpits. Preference on body hair amount is usually reserved for sexual preferences, in which case it's not a social thing, it's a private thing, and society has nothing to do with that.

My girlfriend didn’t shave during lockdown and let everything grow naturally and I gotta admit, it looked pretty good. I thought her leg hairs would look like mine but all the places she got hairy looked feminine. I had never seen what a girl looked like unshaven until then.
They should be socially accepted, but men who decide not to date women who grow body hair should also be socially accepted. Some men not being attracted to body hair is no different than some women not being attracted to facial hair.
If I'm dating a girl, I wouldn't really care if she shaves or not. I feel like girls don't have to shave if they don't want to, but don't expect the same number of guys to be into you, if you don't shave.
That's the thing. These nasty gross women WANT you to find it "attractive" and acceptable, and will try to shame you if you don't just because they're lazy and disgusting.
I wonder if they will return the favour and desire men who aren't 6 ft+, don't have muscular physiques and aren't earning almost $1m a year, but I think we know the answer to that, lol.
Yes, armpit hair and leg hair is natural after all in women. That's why it grows and we have to shave it. I'm happy women are fighting against socially acceptances rules of society.
I don't know but I will say this even though I don't normally have a fetish for underarm and something extremely sexy about a woman underarmed freshly shaved I don't know but that's one of the sexiest images I can with
I hate the look of the armpit hair. They look horrible and disgustingly on both men and women. If someone wants to grow them then ok, but do not force others to like it.
What does accepted mean to you? Accepted as in I would be expected to date her? Because that wouldn't happen. I do agree that they shouldn't be made fun of though.
No they shouldn't be accepted at all... what has gone wrong with girls now Body hair on them look so gross I always keep my girls silky smooth everywhere N not just that i even tell n always ask my sister to keep it shaved

It's not an issue of social acceptance. It's a matter of attraction. I find it very unattractive. I don't think I could look past it if my partner didn't shave her legs, armpits and snooch.
Do what ya want, I'd still be friends with them but they shouldn't expect men to find that attractive or be ok with it. So as long as they're ok with that 😆

I don't see why not. Some guys don't mind other do, it's her choice and she will have to take a pick from who accepts her as she are.
yes, women should be able to do this, just as men can walk around with hairy hair like a bear.
sorry but if you didn't read the comments why you ask a question?
Lol its funny
They can have hair if they want, just understand that not everyone will find it attractive.

I honestly think some body hair is sexy. If it’s a forest of hair then it’s totally different. Just keep it maintained and clean then I’d love it.

In my opinion I never cared either way. I grew up when a bush was normal. Bushes don’t bother me none at all.

I really don't care but to me it's a turn off, my future wife cannot grow hair anywhere on her body except pubic hair and must be trimmed...

It's just hair, let them grow it if they want. People make way too much of a deal out of it.
Social acceptance - Of course.
Sexual acceptance - Depends, but majority - no.
Should and will they are two separate things. I personally find underarm hair on a woman disgusting.
