u It's difficult to say, without actually being in that situation.
A lot of people would like to think they'd turn into Rambo, and start mowing people down, but would end up being the first to run away. Others would openly admit to saying they'd run, and end up being the first to pick up arms, to defend something, or someone, important to them.
Nobody wants to be killed, but adrenaline and determination can do funny things to people. I would hesitantly say that, no, I wouldn't be at the front of the line to defend my country on behalf of politics.
However, if it meant standing between my family, my children, and an opposing army, I would give my life for them. Even if it meant my death, if it gave those I loved an opportunity to get to safety, then I would defend them as best as I could.
I took an oath when I was 18 to protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. That oath never stops until my heart stops.

Of course, but it also needs to be pointed out that the country‘s southern border is invaded daily with the support and encouragement of the Biden Administration. Seeing what they’ve done to the Border Patrol personnel who do their jobs in accordance with the law, what do you think the Biden Administration would do to any civilian who tried to defend against these daily invaders?
Yeah, I would, but I wouldn't do anything to defend democrats. For instance, if they were attacking Sacramento, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Washington D. C. I wouldn't interfere with that, but if they attacked near where I live then I would.

The US is probably the last Country on earth any other nation would consider invading, as it is probably the most heavily armed nation on earth.

in my opinion the fog of war might present unique opportunities to deal with the harder to reach enemies that are normally untouchable. The invading foreign army could be dealt with afterwards.
