Would you do it?
The problem is I need them for work. But without a 100% doubt it has been severely detrimental to my romantic life. I’m guilty of self torturing myself my looking up “the one who got a way” more often than I like to admit.

I do not feel like my phone prevents me from thriving, living, and loving others to my fullest potential. I also do not believe I'm living a "virtual life", so no 😊.
My phone is important in contacting and communicating with my loved ones especially while over seas. Also being "on call" as well as recall would be pretty difficult as well without these devices.

I already have. I’ve never had a smart Tv and no tv at all in a decade 💪
