Should other countries provide asylum for women fleeing American oppression?

As we've all seen on the news religious fanatics are about to make abortion illegal in the USA. Victims of rape, including incest will be forced to bear their attackers child. It's obvious many will flee to safe countries perhaps even before anyone knows they're pregnant to get an abortion.
Many countries have a record of helping people fleeing persecution from restrictive oppressive regimes. So does the rest of the world have a moral obligation to provide sanctuary to American women seeking abortion?

The United States is starting to overflow with immigrants
And even then the place where I live, Oregon is getting overflown with Californians and I don't think I need to tell you why that's a bad thing. I guess you could say I'm racist against people who were raised in California though I wouldn't really call that racist because that's not a race that's not even a country that's literally just a different part of the same country. Oh yeah and even then the part of Oregon where I live is not just getting overflown with Californians it's all getting overflown with people from Portland... Freaking Portland, yeah Portland where all the crazy people and riots are that Portland.

The reason I bring all this up is because these people are coming in from a separate place and bringing in all their issues here to this town this town which used to be a good town and wasn't full of crazy people and drug addicts but is now full of crazy people and drug addicts because of California and Portland and having to witness this with the place where I live I don't want to have to witness it happen to other countries because we drag All The Californians in the Portlanders as well as the Florida men and all the rednecks off into other countries where they can now be overflown with Californians and portlanders and rednecks from the United States. American problems should stay in America if I'm being honest because it's annoying to deal with other people's problems and I would feel bad about doing the same thing to other countries. Worth noting that I have family in other countries and despite this fact I am never going to those countries because I am not going to be dragging American garbage with me into those countries they have their things America has our things and how are things are trash

As for issues involving women's rights to abortion? Just to go to another state there are plenty of States out there and they're all going to have their own laws on abortion some of them are going to be a lot more liberal with their idea on abortion so you don't need to go to another country you can just go to another state
I seriously doubt Congress is going to make it a federal law that abortions are illegal
Worth note a federal law is basically a law for the entirety of the United States and not just for one state whereas states have their own laws which they can put in place as long as they don't contradict the Constitution or any federal laws well and I guess they can't contradict any treaties or anything like that but we're talking about the United States here war crimes aren't exactly as frowned upon as we like to make it seem we care more about the bureaucracy than the actual crime when it comes to war so I don't think that part matters too much

They will NOT make abortion illegal in the United States. This is typical liberal misinformation designed to make people panic. The issue is NOT whether you can have an abortion. The issue is whether, and under what conditions, the taxpayers should be obligated to PAY for your abortion, including taxpayers who for reasons of conscience do not countenance abortion. The result of overturning Roe v. Wade will absolutely not affect people who live in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, or most other states.
By the way, I happen to be pro-life. That does not make me a religious fanatic, or some kind of a monster. I'm actually a nice guy. I help little old ladies across the street. Little dogs wag their tails when I come by. My wife and kids think I"m a nice guy. But I would like to ask you a question:
Why is it that when we hear pro abortion people screaming about a woman's right to choose, and "government get your hands off my body," etc., why is it that nobody, NOBODY, ever mentions the baby? WHY? Once you are pregnant, you are NOT the only one who has something at stake. Someone said that abortion is the only situation in which a baby receives the death penalty for a crime he or she did not commit, but for a mistake his or her mother made! There are SO many ways to avoid pregnancy that don't involve killing a baby! And I'll tell you something else: The best birth control pill ever invented was the aspirin tablet! The woman holds it between her knees! It's foolproof! It works every time! And you don't risk catching any diseases from it, either. People need to start taking responsibility for their actions BEFORE, not after.

Where would we go? The USA has had some of the least restrictive abortion laws on earth! Let’s say you lived in Florida, where Desantis has just signed what today, I learned on the news was a “draconian law that will lead to the deaths of untold numbers of women” that law puts a cap of 24wks then no more abortion unless the life of the mother was in imminent peril, Rape, or incest! So you’ll want to go to a country where they speak English, but Britain limits abortion to only if the life/health of the mother is in danger! There’s Ireland, but they give us half the time Florida does, 12wks! In fact most of the world limits abortion MORE than Texas or Florida will if Roe v. Wade is overturned. And for the record, I am a Pro life Liberal, who actually HAD an abortion when I was 13 and was raped by my uncle! I very much hope Roe stays the law of the land, but if it doesn’t, we are STILL better off that most countries on earth as far as our right to get an abortion! Canada is looking into it.

It is legal to visit for medical procedures, and the Foreign Minister is working on clarifying language for the border agencies. It was always allowed, but they're anticipating an influx in this type of travel.

I think asylum is definitely a good thing to look into. Like, if someone needs to terminate an eptopic pregnancy, they should be granted asylum to get an abortion and care in a more liberated country.

However there's a lot of moving parts to this. Would this risk the US attacking the country offering asylum? What about medical records? How would the asylum seeker return to the US (if they could), and could they be taken in because of medical procedures done outside of the country?

It's honestly a big legal mess.

Many women come to America through marriage visas, through cultural exchange we can do the opposite! I know one state "allowed" it but only for like the first couple weeks or a month? So basiclly if you didn't find out till your next period is late she's damn near fucked, like no time to check with a doctor you need to go straight to the abortion clinic and figure out mid procedure if you were even pregnant or not.

If the federal supreme court opts to overturns Roe v Wade. abortion rights and what is allowed or not will likely become a matter for each state to deal with. so many blue states will likely allow it with little to no restrictions. while many red states will likely ban it outright or restrict it.

the original idea for pro-choice was safe, legal and rare. but the modern left is trying to make pro-choice more like pro-abortion which is no restrictions at all. sadly there are cases when people use abortion as their only form of birth control. even after they consented to having unprotected sex knowing it could mean pregnancy. either because the couldn't or wouldn't use other means of birth control.

Nothing like being overly dramatic. At most, reversing roe v wade will make getting an abortion a bit less convenient. Red states will ban abortions, but in the blue states, abortion mills will chop and dice away as usual, and traveling to a blue state is not exactly interstellar travel. Much ado about nothing.
