Which country (in your opinion and NOT according to Google) produces the DUMBEST people in the world (ones with lack of basic knowledge)?

There’s a lot of factors to consider, like access to modern technology and educational standards. You could say that people who live in tribal groups are dumb because they don’t know how to use a cell phone, but realistically, they don’t have a need for one in general circumstances, so why would they need to know how? They could turn around and say that other people are dumb for not knowing how to differentiate plants and track prey, so who’s right in that situation?


Also media coverage. You’ll hear more about the uneducated in certain more influential countries than you would about people in a tiny island isolated from the major media networks.

It would be easy to pick a third world country where access to education is limited. A friend of mine went to do some charity work in Zimbabwe and found a farmer struggling to produce baby goats. Reason? He only had females.
But I think the real dumb people are those that have access to good education but choose to ignore it because it clashes with their political or religious beliefs.
