Why people think life deteriorates w age?

When you can actually be better off.. there’s like completely no reason why one should suffer only Bc one is getting older
U may get more responsibilities but you can also have less

Like my mom told me at 23 to go and find a family because I’m already ruined anyway (not having a degree by then according to her is being ruined)

the physical side is more or less what deteriorates. Oh you can still be physically active and enjoy yourself. Just not as fast and as often as when you were 20.
If you are allowing suffering than there’s probably some other trauma that’s affecting your life. Or you let others dictate your boundaries.
At 35 I started noticing how I was working against myself had poor boundaries and was letting problems continue with my professional life and my relationships.
Things have been much better since I made the appropriate changes.

Yeah but people cut like automatically because I’m getting older I will be worse off
Physically at 23 I was 60x better shape than at 19

experience aging and then consider your question again.
if you need some help, take an afternoon and visit an old folks home.
they'd very likely appreciate it and surely give you the lowdown on it from their point of view.

I think some people with life is supposed to be a certain way and are hurt when it's not.
I don't think, therefore I am.

I mean bodies technically deteriorate over time. But i guess its not positive thinking.

Your body definitely gets worse with age, but life can improve in other ways as you get older.
