Should we still have educational separation remember “separate but equal”?

I’m getting tired of the argument “the Supreme Court”. Has never taken away a constitutional right before. First off there was never a constitutional right to an abortion that right does not exist in the constitution of the United States. But to use the logic these democratic Plessy versus Ferguson should not have been over turned. It was recognized as a constitutional right for schools to be separated by race. 1896 was when that decision was made. In 1954 brown v board found that Americans don’t have a constitutional right to have separate but equal was unconstitutional “establishing racial segregation in public schools are unconstitutional”. There was 58 years of presences that Americans hide the constitutional right to have separate but equal school brown v board found separate but equal was unconstitutional.

the same logic that can be applied with Roe v wade and over turning of roe v wade applies with Plessy versus Ferguson and brown v board. If you think over turning roe v wade is your rights to an abortion is going to be taken away. Then you should be saying the same thing about brown v board. You should agree that separate but equal should still be constitutional. Or you have to acknowledge just like Plessy v Ferguson, roe v wade was a bad SCOTUS decisions. And now it’s up for the states to pass laws to protect or get rid of abortion

There is nothing in the Constitution referencing Separate but Equal or Abortion. There's a letter between Jefferson and the Danbury Anabaptist/fundamentalists is where the separate but equal originated from. It was, of course as the Left does, taken out of Context...

Very true, All I’m saying is the same logic applies in both cases, since there was no separate but equal clause in the constitution separate but equal was deemed unconstitutional in 1954. It was deemed constitutional and you had a right to separate but equal in 1896. Like roe v wade Plessy versus Ferguson was bad presidents.

The left likes to say we had abortion as a right taken away from them. The same logic could be applied with brown v board and Plessy versus Fergusonl. If you don’t support the over turn of roe v wade you can’t support the overturning of Plessy versus Ferguson

This is true, It’s kind of like if that’s the case what is keeping us from going back to an article’s of confederation system rather then the constitutional system we have now. That’s the only way I can see where we avoid a complete national divorce or worse hot civil war, we’re pretty clearly in a cold civil war right now.
