This is kind of an odd question to ask on here but does anyone have an idea?

My grandmother lived in a home for many years so the owners gave her the deed to it. The home shares a driveway with a small church in the neighborhood. (For anyone who doesn't know the pastor would usually live in that house. For like a shorter commute I guess. But since my grandmother lived there for so long they gave it to her). My family moved into the house with my grandmother on Christmas Day of 2007. We moved in there because my grandfather died that day and she couldn't be alone at the time. So now in 2022, it's only me, my younger sister and father. My older sister lives up the street with her family & my mother & Great grandmother died in the house. If we didn't live here we would be homeless and my grandmother knew that. After she passed she left the home to my dad and his sister. The church ended up being for sale and im pretty positive our neighbors bought it. Not sure but have a pretty good feeling they did. If they wanted which I'm pretty sure they do would they be in legal right to "evict" us even though they don't own the house. This has been a worry of mine for a while.
