Anyone else think we should legally be allowed to sue other countries?

There was been 6.4 million death from Covid there has been 576 million people who have gotten Covid 19 and lived. Shouldn’t we be allowed to sue China for that? Like an international class action law suit for citizens and families who have been affected by Covid 19. If a restaurant or a hospital or any company that did something like what China has done they would be sued into non existence. I think it’s only fair government and international governments pay for there actions like normal people and businesses

There would be no way to enforce it except through military action. China already has stolen intellectual property rights for decades and there is no consequences. The most any country would do is have trade sanctions against them for it, but so far Trump was the only one willing to do that. Leaders from other countries won't do anything, and the USA's current administration won't do it either.

If we actually were to seek true justice we would be asking for a complete change in government in China and the complete destruction of the Chinese communist party or world sanctions on China no trade deals no one from other nations are allowed in China basically a complete destruction of there countries and we would lay siege to their boarders so no one could leave this include blockading there sea ports so not even ships could leave the country. But we all know no western governments are going to do that because the west are cowards

What are you talking about? Laws are things that exists under a government. There is no world government. If you tried to sue a bunch of countries they would just laugh at you for not understanding how the world works.

I am well aware you can’t legally sue other countries, I’m saying you should be able to sue other countries especially if they affect the world in a majorly negative Way like in the case of Covid 19 if it was a natural virus that came from the wild it would make sense that you wouldn’t be allowed to sue, but since Covid-19 was created in a lab and released to the public and killed millions of people you should be allowed to sue as an individual.

Think if McDonald’s ended up giving the world salmonella they would be banned in every country sued to kingdom come. It wouldn’t make no sense that a business could get sued to Kingdom come by people of other countries and governments can’t. The needs to be some major consequences for China and I don’t see any of that happening. If a person did that they be in prison for the rest of their lives have a business release the virus on the world they would be sued into the ground and banned in every single country. First of all, Covid19 was not created in a lab. Anyone who claims this is just pulling facts out of their asses and has no regards for the science and literal investigations into the origin of covid19.

But putting that aside, how would a world court even work? Its not like you can force a country to do something like pay damages if they dont want to and trying to enforce it is no different from normal sanctions which does not need a court and is something we already do.

It also makes perfect sense to sue companies but not other countries. They are not similar in the slightest but perhaps more silly is the idea that you think this is a 100% fool proof way. Imagine if you will that Ukraine or someone in Ukraine would sue NPO Splav in Russia for manufacturing and selling GRAD missile launchers that "accidentally" killed civilians in Ukraine.

Russia would fucking laugh you out the building for even thinking they would allow a court to touch their companies if they did not approve of the lawsuit.

I was thinking you could possibly do it in The Hague Switzerland like they did with the Japanese and Germans at the end of ww2. There is plenty of evidence showing that Covid-19 was created in a lab. May medical professionals say the virus seemed to be manufactured. Also did help that there was gain of function research being done in the Wuhan lab of virology and pretty obvious Dr Fauci had something to do with it. Unfortunately the Biden administration won’t release the evidence.

Now how are we going to get china to pay for the global pandemic they released onto the world. The only way the prosecution after WW2 could go ahead is because one side won the war against the other. Of note is that they only prosecuted ONE sides war crimes and not the others. If you want to launch a world war anytime you want to convict a country then I honestly dont see the point of the conviction in the first place.

I say it again, no medical expert believes it was manufactured in a lab. You can go look at the scientific investigations into the origins and history of Covid19 and no one even bothers to account for it being manufactured.

This is literally every major medical organization in the world and they all completely disregard even the thought of it so unless you are here to push the idea of a one world government secretly controlling all of medical science then you are wrong.

Neither Russia nor China is currently even in a situation to prosecute another war, especially against USA and NATO. So yeah, no chance in hell. Its even debatable if they will both survive their current economic crises.
