1. Trump did weaponize his office. He named names of people he claimed were responsible for election fraud. Resulting in death threats to poll workers who did nothing but their jobs. Like you, he didn't have a shred of evidence. So he used the power of his office to lie about these people who ended up having to move because they were fearing for their lives. 3. Hillary Clinton complied with subpoenas dude. The FBI subpoenaed her files and her electronic documents. But they wanted her private email server which no longer existed after she left office. Then when Congress subpoenaed her, she appeared before the Republican committee and testified for 11 hours. In general I think most conservatives have a hard belief in fairness and personal freedom. It makes us pause to criticize certain sects of people (trans people are the latest) because we fear that we might look prejudice and unfair. But when we start seeing these people take advantage of their “identities” (e. g. biological men competing in womens sports) we get rightfully pissed off and try to draw the line.

That’s not true. Trump said “lock her up” but James Comey the FBI director said that while her use of a private email service was very careless she had no criminal intent. So there was an investigation and Trump did want her criminally convicted.

Hillary possessed no physical documents to search for. They subpoenaed her emails and made a digital copy of her server. What other evidence was there to examine? Same with Hunter. Democrats may say he should be arrested for his rhetoric but has he been? No. It’s extremely difficult to link violence caused by others to political rhetoric. Clinton’s server in fact was not hacked. There was evidence of attempts but no breach. In the end, the FBI could not establish criminal intent, even if her actions were negligent. Intent will have to be established for Trump as well. Keeping classified documents in cardboard boxes rather than a state of the art server is far more negligent on his part. Anyone could have accessed or stolen them. He could declassify documents as president but not as an ex-president. Whatever classified documents he was holding would be illegal. The fact that he already had chances to turn over what he had and didn’t, might not bode well for him but I’m content to sit back and wait for the results of the investigation before flying into a blind rage without the facts.

They spent 3 years trying to claim Russian collusion and found no evidence. The. James Comey didn’t indict Hillary because she was the act nominee for the Democrat party and by that time it would have been to late for the democrats to run anyone else’s since she had already blow Bernie Sanders out of the political water. So James Comey never indicted Hillary Clinton because she was the top nominee for his bosses party. He didn’t indict her after because trump knew what it would do to this country if he had (aka democrats would have started a civil war).

Paper documents are actually more secure than anything that’s online anything including the nuclear launch codes if they’re online could be hacked her servers were hacked and reports say it actually caused the death of a couple under cover field agents. Paper documents under lock and key can’t be hacked there are so many steps you have to do physically in order to get the hard copy documents.

Also Obama and bill Clinton both took classified documents as no raid on the Obama’s or bill Clinton. Why trump? Trump was working well with the national archives this was said back in June they warrent was issue August 5 they waited the weekend and raided his house August 8th if the documents trump had were so important why not get the documents on the 5th and not the 8th.
