Esmeralda Upton makes a physical and verbal racist attack on Indian women. Thoughts?

Saw this appalling video of a woman in Texas making a blatant racist attack on Indian women one night. She literally says she hates Indians and wants them to go back to their country, and then actually hits at them.

Even worse? The woman claims to be Mexican. Which might be true because the name Esmeralda is used by Latinos more than for white women. Makes absolutely no sense for a Mexican woman to be so extremely Karen-racist, when the same people hate her race and want to send them back over the border. How utterly ironic.

Also, she was not arrested until the very next day.

I understand why racism happens but if you did you would also be aberrant. Ethnic Minorities in any country are equally hated it happens all over the world to vent their cultural aggression and Governments fan those flames so this video is probably the overlords wanting a bad reaction.

Natives in America are ethnic minorities as with natives in England and many other nations. Natives in England are condemned for national pride favouring integration of the world and the breeding population is better from a wider gene pool.

Is it really necessary to integrate people for nations to survive? Or will it make that nation collapse? The cultural aggression seems to exemplify fear of the latter.

Racism is one of the saddest things in our world. No one is better or less than anyone else simply because of any skin color.

The only way (I see) to put an end to it, we need to acknowledge things were done that were not right nor will ever be right, but leave them in the past. We need to go forward with the knowledge that we are all equal. No matter our race, gender or preference, if we can all unite and work for the good of humanity then we will be better for it.

I agree with you but see the issue is in your very comment. Race isn't real. In fact, we can go even deeper if we use spirituality but just in the case of science race isn't real. Race is the cause of racism; and race isn't even real on a material level... There a more biological differences between certain groups of black people than there are between black and white people... Even gender can be denounced in spiritual terms but the worlds not ready for that. Obviously gender is real on a material level. But that's why trans people exist because in spirit there is no set gender. In consciousness there is not set gender. You have people in the consciousness of a girl but in a male body; and vice versa. It's like the earth you can put anything you want in the consciousness and if you do it right it will return what you plant.

Think about a racist. He can be racist against you, without ever suffering one incident of some "Black" guy hurting him or his family. He can be racist against you without ever having any history or negative experience with "Black" people.

Because he insists his racism does not proceed from emotion or subjective experience.

It is a function of his mutated logic.

When non-"Whites" discriminate against each other typically it is because they had negative experiences with said group. They simply fall back upon racist stereotypes to back up that experience. I am a consultant. I consulted with a dental office that had a Puerto Rican and a "White" dentist. When I put forth a proposal to buy computers and configure their office network. They noted I was buying from an Indian computer dealer.

And they did not trust "Indians".

Racism is about beliefs @ManOnFire. It isn't about an objective reality. I know Hispanics darker than me, who can look into a mirror and see a "White" person. Because they claim to have European ancestry.

Remember Ava Duvernay, is only more African by a few percentage points. Most "Black" folks have significant European heritage.

But most of us are just "Black". We don't add any distinction or weirdness. In the Hispanic community, there appears to be an acceptance by some or many. . . that there are three distinct races.

Yeah, I've heard of her. Kalimba from that old Mexican group OV-7 also experienced racism as a 'black Mexican.' He was even wrongly accused of raping a 'white' Mexican girl years ago.

What doesn't make sense to me is people of other cultures who try to claim that America is the only nation who "sees race and skin color." I think that is simply bullshit. If that were really true, dark Indian women wouldn't be using bleaching creams to look white. Asian fathers would not get angry that their daughters want to date or marry black men. Central Americans wouldn't call black people "negros" or "mayates." And Russians in St. Petersburg wouldn't be targetting blacks there, namely African blacks. This concept of other nations claiming they don't see race is purely bullshit.

I am not saying all "White" people think this way. Of course many "White" Americans accept many mixed or complicated identities as members of their own culture. But racists have a different belief system.

When I traveled through Eastern Europe, I know I have told you this, no one would accept that I was "Black". And you know what I look like. Just because cultures have concepts of colorism does not mean they accept the weird American definition of race. When we say race is a social standard. That is not a slogan. That is reality. Depending upon where you are, you are a member of one race or another.
