Ok I want to get something straight here, had the founders known the constitution would have been interpreted as such that it allows abortions the 11th amendment would have banned abortion outright. Same with gay marriage by the way the constitution doesn’t protect gay marriage or abortion. Period end of story, You my agree that women (because women are the only one who can get pregnant) should be able to get an abortion you may believe that gay marriage (which makes no definition of sense) should be allowed. But had the founders known that the constitution would be interpreted that was the 11th amendment would have banned abortion and the 12th amendment would state marriage is between a man and a women. Why do democrats not understand this?
How is it that you don't understand that the entire point, the main focus of the American philosophy is personal freedom, this is the essense of what is being promoted and protected by US laws.
What the founding fathers might think about anything is irrelevant, they are not Gods, they are judged on the merits of their arguments, turn their arguments or products of their work to garbage and opinion of them follows suit.
It is a shame they didn't do a better job, or rather it is a shame that the inbred muppets who followed after them only ever cared about waving flags and screaming wooo, merca no.1 yeah! and never bothered to carry out any maintainence of the system they lived in.
And here we are.
They must be spinning in their fucking graves over what you have done.

Probably because they've actually READ the Constitution- the eleventh Amendment says that state governments don't have immunity against suits brought by citizens of other states in federal courts; that has nothing whatsoever to do with abortion. The twelfth Amendment says that the President is to be chosen by Electors, rather than the popular vote, and that the House chooses if no one has a majority of the votes. That doesn't even have anything to do with LAWSUITS, let alone marriage.
Citing laws in situations where they don't apply just makes you look stupid.
First of all, gay marriage is protected by the equal protection clause. People have a constitutional right to be treated equally under the law. So if you have secular laws governing marriage, you must apply them equally to all classes of people. Discriminating based on sexual orientation is wrong every single time. The court looked he other way for a long time out of sheer bias. Abortion is less clear because it was based on an implied right to privacy that was essentially court created. The founders could not have foreseen the modern need for privacy. However, your comments on the 11th amendment do not ring true as abortion was generally legal in the US until the 1820’s and no such interpretation existed then.

They realize it but do not want to hear about it and they do not with a Marxist loving Media !!
The founders would have too been ignorant if they tried.
Looks like I didn’t realise, but then again, I never got any idea that they’d’ve been for it. If the Founding Fathers wanted the country to be so biblical, why don’t they allow polygamy, or at least polygyny?
One of the founding fathers literally wrote a guide on how to perform abortions.
I bet you a good about of people wouldn't give a shit if you told them
The founding fathers were also a bunch of rich racist assholes who didn’t want women or brown people or poor people voting
honestly americas a shithole and im glad i dont live there
Yeah and that's one of the reasons why they hate them.
Not sure they would. Masons are scientists.
