
It's a subject I admit I never gave much thought until recent events. Here the law says that unless the donor has expressed their veto on donating after death, the relatives can make the decision. My sister never made such veto, and I greenlit for the harvesting of her organs, even though I wasn't sure what they would take given the date and cause of death.
It makes me feel slightly better to think that at least someone else's life could be saved thanks to this.
