Why did this guy at the flea market race-shame me?

I am a Black man of Jamaican descent living in New York City and I saw this guy selling Make America Great Again (MAGA), Keep America Great (KAG), Trump 2024, DeSantis 2024, and Let's Go Brandon shirts and hats. I visited the flea market that he owns and he threatened me for "looking suspicious" even though I had nothing bad on me, no drugs, no guns or anything. He called the police on me and mind you they definitely had me handcuffed for 15 minutes straight considering that he thought I was going to "rob his bank". I was finally let go and told by police to stay away from the guy. And I'm not making any of this up, I literally voted for Trump but I don't know if I can trust Trump again considering the attitude of the flea market owner.

You had 1 bad experience with him and now you avoid everyone from that political party.

How many bad experiences do you think he had with liberals (most Black people are liberal)?

It only took one experience for you to want to treat people from a particular group differently, so why should he be any different with his reactions?

by the way, any conservative in NY is not going to be happy because they likely had MANY bad experiences with people there regardless of the person's race.
