Can you run faster than your boss in sports?

It happened in japanese companies but the thought would happen where are influenced by confucianism. so even your boss is elder run slowly you can see many younger who run slower than the boss behind them.

Do you think that is like USA? You can not be over them and actually dont believe natural resource allocation and americans' body even dont believe themselves that belong to the country.

Considering that my boss has triathlon (running, cycling, swimming) as a hobby that he takes seriously and he's very athletic for a businessman in his early 40s, he'd be surprised if someone from the company would finish faster than him and afterwards would definitely give a financial reward for such an achievement to that person.

I'm a sprinter, not a long distance runner. In a sprint, I'd easily beat my boss. At a longer distance, he might beat me.

My boss is in a wheelchair, so if both of us had to be on our feet, I would win. But if he was allowed to stay in his chair, you know how that would turn out.

If an old person can't accept that younger people run faster then he shouldn't be the boss.

It is more complex but the fact would become that especially Japanese. Even the boss dont care but the problems happened in those employees behind the boss too
