There's the minor point that none of Trump's lawyers have yet claimed in court that he declassified any of the documents. Also, if he had declassified these top secret documents, wouldn't that mean anyone could make an FOIA request for them?

Incidentally, the laws listed in the search warrant do not say anything about classification status, just that the document are important to national security (or words to that effect).
