I hate western civilisation, how can I forgive them for their stupidity and callousness?

Jesus said treat your enemy as thyself, but I cannot treat my own civilisation with respect.

I feel like it must come to an end. How can I quench my rage against this monstrosity and degeneracy. I am unable to control myself. Please help how can I find peace.

Correction I dont hate people (except a few exceptions). I hate western elite who manufacture the culture and chaos for their profits

You've become polluted by the world and need to unplug, turn it off... the media, the music, because you can't handle the stress. Jesus spent no time doing that, he spent time in communion and prayer with God. Go to Tibet and live in the mountains and examine your world view. Absent that, spend time meditating in peace of your home or in the woods.

you have to learn, you have false expectations. you'll have to work on yourself.. because that is what you control. You... I said you... are fostering rage and that goes really bad when left unchecked. You want to foster love. Ghandi may have wnated to blow up the world too but he went a better route. Ditto Jesus.

The media is propagating these negative feelings in how it filters the messages you receive, the media is a sewage dump of negative emotions into ones mind. The world has always been a fallen one. Try focusing on the good, doing what feeds the good in you and others.

Get some books on spirituality and redevelop your spirit. Jesus and others did good works, do the same. When your brain/heart heals, you can handle negative stresses again.

Wow humanity as a whole fails to be kind forgiving or generous. Historically west east north south. Have been brutal conquerors, rulers, exclusionary and agressive societies. Currently the west is probably the kindest most generous in human history. A very low bar I admit. Still in context seems some good has come out of western colonialism.

But you are able to fight back in the same way anyone else is. The only way. To put up a formidable fight against mass brainwashing, mass murder, and mass subjugation requires only organization. It seems so silly and simple but each person that agrees not to be seduced by right wing disinformation widens our anchor in reality. And because it is simple is why so many can do it. Get a whole town to reject it and you'll find other towns will come asking how you did that. It shouldn't take too long after that to build a real resistance to fascism in your own country. And once you do that, those who try to control your country by empowering the fascists will become toothless.
