By 2025, an estimated 1.8 billion people will live in areas plagued by water scarcity, with two-thirds of the world's population living in water-stressed regions as a result of use, growth, and climate change.
Don't be silly.
Only 10% of the worlds water is drinkable at any one time. Of that only something like 8% is reusable.
To put it bluntly. There NEVER has not been a water crisis. Civilisations have built up around water and it's control.
The funny thing today is we have invested trillions in shitty technology and pretentious academia - but done next to nothing to improve the water and food situation. Mainly as there is little that can be profitably be done with it. Sure bottled water and water supply makes investors billions, but the climate crisis and waste is rapidly eating into profits.

Any âestimatedâ resource crisis should be met with skepticism.
! Water shortage! Sounds pretty bad, yes? Well... why are they (govâts / MNCs) telling us (plebeians/peasants) this? I doubt it is because of their âabundanceâ of benevolence...
As an example, I implore you to (re) watch âAn Inconvenient Truthâ(2004) by Al Gore, in which it was projected much of the Atlantic seaboard would be underwater by the 2020s. Guess what... never happened, condos and luxury real estate still being built in South Beach (LoL!)
Sadly, that is one amongst legions of examples of faulty âexpert estimations.â Letâs not even dive into the disastrous covid policies, once again, based on (irrefutably incompetent) âexpert estimationsâ.

Yes, there will be. Along with a bunch of other crises. And we have done nothing to prepare for it.
Our politics won't allow us to save human lives. Because saving human lives in other nations has been filed under the title "liberal".
World? No. In many regions AROUND the world? Quite possibly. It's going to be most unpleasant to see the political wrangling that happens to explain WHY it's hitting those particular areas, though, and that's going to hit all of us.
I'm more worried that Nato will provoke Russia to nuclear war.
It varies by region but yes. It's already happening in many places.
Possibly might be an oversupply of human meat one in 2026 however
