Is creating villain characters as white men "woke"? If in my story there are villains and some are white men, will the rightists call me a leftist?

Are you noticing that SOME people saying it's "woke" to create white men as villains? Imagine being called a "woke" just for having a white male character as a villain... I don't know if the mistake is in me, I don't know... maybe I didn't understand anything they said. So I was wondering, are we going to have in the future only create non-white male characters so we don't suffer some kind of boycott or so we don't get called a "woke"? Can characters be villains regardless of skin color, or not?

I really don't understand anything else, so if anyone can explain...

Ok here are the rules.
1. If the black guy is a villain he must be an intelligent mastermind, not a stereotypical street thug.
2. The black bad guy must work in a professional occupation and not MacDonald's.
3. A white villain must have a black wife whose completely innocent and a role model to us all
4. No black villain can be stopped by a white cop or white hero.
5. Using the hulk to stop a black villain is acceptable because he's green.
6. It's important to be colour blind. No witness to a crime can state colour when describing the villain to the police. Should a witness mention his colour they must be arrested for racism.
7. Should a white villain repent and seek to amend his wicked ways through good deeds and charity then he should change in to a black man in the text chapter.

Should I stop creating white villains even though I have villains from other races to avoid being called a "woke"?

Would it be better then for me not to include white characters whether they are villains or heroes to prevent SOME people from trying to boycott me?

Liberals are easy to spot when they make content. Pretty much their formula is all White men = bad or incompetent. All people that hate White men are good or intelligent. Or they replace an established White character with someone that is either Black, gay, or switch their gender. It is usually very obvious when they purposely are targeting White people and men.

Watch the movie Beverly Hills Cop. It isn't "woke" or leftist even though the Black guy is the good guy and the main bad guy is White. It is usually pretty obvious when the creator does something because they hate White people or men. This movie is not woke/liberal. It just happens to have those race combinations.

It doesn't seem obvious to me. I see on Twitter that people are complaining about any series, animation or movie where the hero is a white man. Apparently creators are going to have to stop creating white male villains where Asians, blacks and women are main or heroes. I just don't know what these people think when the villains are black, Asian, etc. It's something annoying, because men can only be portrayed as heroes or anti-heroes otherwise the creator will be called "woke".
