How do you fix the Western worlds narcissistic and toxic individualistic culture without arguing for a russian/North korean/Chinese style of statism?

America and every westernized or western leaning nations have a very toxic culture of narcissism and individualism, the Western world encourages people to find fulfillment and happiness without external expression of love, and women in the west are the ones eating this up and it's turning young slim males into incels while going after guys who are violent and just as narcissistic, they have kids and they become weird carbon copies of their toxic parents.

What's worse is that the west is exporting this culture of narcissism, degenerative female behavior, materialism, augustinist philosophy (roman catholic and protestant cultured) of irrationality and superstition and being completely led by emotions and instant dopamine release. The Western world glorifies ghetto culture and consumerism, nobody expresses actual love in the west, I know drug addicts with more love and compassion than some shitty waspy family who's daughters grow up to be turbo sluts married to some violent ex prisoner and son who grows up to be a thug prick.

I feel like to fix this toxic culture in the west, it can't be done without severe and maximum state intervention and censorship. It seems like everyone in the west, and women in particular, only care about superficial and material nonsense and this is unfortunately being exported across the planet with only china, russia, North korea, (maybe) Cuba and Venezuela and Nicaragua, and most muslik nations resisting this culture of self only love.

Really we have to create an environment that rewards people of good character.

Individualism isn't a bad thing out of hand, it's when it's taken too far that there aren't problems. Economic inequality is also a factor, many people feel like they have no ownership over the community and society in which they live because we've gone too far with the hyper commodification of simple essentials like food transportation and housing.

Affordable housing would go a long way towards rebuilding social cohesion.
