Do you have a black Friday hell story?

I do and no I did not go shopping I was working and I guess you can say babysitting. In my opinion work is to stay focus on the customer and sales not too socialize. I was busy helping out a customer in regards reporting her credit lost. And out of no where a Karen shows up angry at me she look to be around late 50's early 60's yelling at me that it's my fault her 21 year old adult daughter was missing and how I am such a horrible manager to employees and don't care about her daughter safety. Mind you her daughter got off and whatever an employee does outside of work is none of my business. It was just me and my other co-manager on the floor while this other guy manager wasn't seen anywhere. Turns out this Karen's 21 year d daughter was locked with this guy manager inside a dressing room. This crazy woman instead of taking discipline her daughter she strat yelling at me that if her daughter ends up pregnant is my fault and why I wasn't watching her. I tell the woman mam I am here to work not to babysit your daughter apparently Karen called corporate and made a complaint that I do not have a safety environment in the work place. Crazy , I mean seriously generation Z are the most spoiled young people I have ever encountered with. I babysit 8 of my younger siblings I don't think I have the disear of babysitting a grown 21 year old woman.
