It is two quite different things so it is a conflation. Some feminists argue that a man pressuring his wife into sex is rape. That is very different to a man following a woman across a park and raping her. The word rape itself is a conflation of vastly different scenarios.

Paternity fraud however is a precise situation. But on this side of the ledger you could throw in situations where a girl deliberately gets pregnant to a man e. g goes off oral contraception without telling her boyfriend/husband.

All of these are evil acts. I don't think you can rate something evil as being more evil than some other evil act above a certain level.

U mean evil like evil motive? Evil person does it? Definitely rape. Cuz that is absolutely selfish, you harm someone else for yourself. With paternity fraud there's more people involved, so chance for it to not be entirely selfish, even tho it still always hurts another person. I think that's rare, but still it isn't necessarily done from evil. So it's not as evil as rape in my opinion. Rape is necessarily evil—it's impossible to rape out of anything but selfishness.

Paternity fraud is worse. It continually harms someone emotionally, financially, and steals much more time away from someone's life than rape. It also harms the child when they find out the truth, and harms the real biological father.

They are equally evil. The sad thing about paternity fraud is that it is so common and harmful to the victims (both father and child) yet it is not taken seriously, as is typical of issues of sexism against males.
