I think it’s more cowardly because young children, people with disabilities and elderly people are likely physically weaker and can’t run as fast.

Yes. I think attacking a vulnerable person is twice as bad as attacking a strong and healthy person. I’ve entertained fantasies about putting school employees on death row and jailing them for 60 years when they did not protect disabled students at their school.

Yes. They're too scared of actually facing consequences for their actions, so they pitifully rely on punching down to make themselves feel better.
