I have Asperger’s but it’s mild, so I know when I’m being rude or mean, but I don’t always know if I’m appropriately reading others body language or political type jokes. I also take things literally and I don’t understand passive aggression. Usually if people sulk, I don’t notice, especially if they say something’s ok when it’s not or that they’re fine when they’re not and expect me to know. I bumble along happily without noticing until they tell me the next day that they were upset and why.
The answer in context is HELL YEAH ! But , you really need to understand the induvial , I have a nephew with Aspergers , much better know due to medication , but yeah he could literally go off " What you looking , why you loooking at %^$#@^ and me " " Fck you " , the problem was its hard not to laugh , and that doesn't help , you gotta stay calm.
I have another older mate undiagnosed , I'm sure he suffers , he's fine 90% of the time , then something sets him off , he had massive addiction problems ( grog - but has not drunk a drop for 15 years ) , massive eating disorder , can't stop - Huge guy , but if you know him , incredible heart , spending a lot of time with him is really taxing , you need to be emotionally ready for him. Dont think he sleeps much either , his brain is wired.

Doubtless. Allistics are sometimes rude or mean without meaning to be; what chance do the Aspergians have?
I don’t think they are rude or mean but sometimes they can be perceived that way because of difficultly reading social cues or lack of empathy. My sister was diagnosed with it and we’ve learned to adapt to her but for people who aren’t familiar, it can be hard to understand.
