KJP keep saying “we have the most diverse staff ever”. First black dress secondary first black woman to do some job first black dude to do some other job first gay dude to run the transportation office
I’m not saying that you should not hire Black people people or women saying that KJP is making the case that you should not hiring people. This is why DEI is stupid and the idea that 1 person represents everyone in the group of people which is stupid. KJP is bad at her job. Me and people like me who make the case for the individual and don’t say because KJP is bad at her job that’s a representation of the entire race. (The idea the Biden administration is pushing). If thinking in the collectivist mind set is correct we should never hire black people or women or gays ever again because there are terrible at their jobs. the meritocracy idea is everyone has merit. If your a gay black dude living in the hood worked your way out of that and becomes secretary of commerce his hire is based off his merit not on his race.
Hiring people based off of merit is not racist or sexist it hires the best qualified candidate.
Hiring based off of DEI or collectivism your are basing your hire on who someone looks like or what’s between their legs is racist and sexist because your not hiring someone on what they have done your hiring someone on what they look like,
