Im not talking about in terms of the sentence, but do you agree with lynch mob justice for these types of offenders
No. I guess I'm somewhat biased on this issue, but I do think everyone deserves basic human rights. Nobody should be given mob justice—even if they do deserve it. And absolutely, some people deserve it.
But that's where justice has to stay just. If we stop protecting even the very lowest of humanity, then we've decided some humans aren't human enough. And that opens the door to well, what about other X group of people who are criminals? Are they human enough to deserve rights? What about Y group of people who are likely criminals? What about Z group of people who are likely to become criminals?
I think it's dangrous to let anything make anyone, not human enough to have rights.

Well lynch mob justice is an oxymoron. I'd prefer to see them dealt with by the prison population.

Absolutely. Rapists, pedophiles and shit like that should have no rights at all. Put them in general population in a federal prison so they can get their fucking skulls bashed in.

No, but it’s emotionally uplifting. Which is why victims aren’t allowed to determine sentencing.
I don’t agree with any kind of violence
