Are 15 minute cities an attempt by the WEF to dissuade domestic lawful assemblies? These people should be abducted and executed wherever engaged, to my mind.

That's probably part of it, but it's more about controlling movement. The way WEF globalists view everyone else who isn't part of their elite circles is basically the same way people view fenced in livestock.

The closest comparison would be to a factory town: you live, work, and buy everything you need within a semi-isolated area, and you're only supposed to think about how convenient it is, not the walls keeping you inside.
