Recent propaganda has expanded the narrative to go as far as to tell black people that whites are out to murder them. Coupled with that is this idea that people who never owned slaves owe reparations to those who were never slaves. Finally, George Soros financed DA's have worked to change laws and decline to prosecute people who commit crimes. Black people are allowed to riot, loot, and burn buildings without consequence.

Now we see black people raiding stores regularly in California, and now in Chicago. Is it this new-found sense of entitlement and victimhood driving this criminal behavior?
