Granted, every country has their own fair share of broken family court systems but of all the countries, America has the absolute most corrupt one of them all. A woman can easily file for divorce for no-fault, take away half of the man's hard-earned money and properties, take away custody of the kids from the man regardless if she's even a remotely decent fit parent or not, and the list goes on.

You can't even save your own assets or give it to your own immediate family member or else murrica's family court system will label it "asset-hiding" or whatever bullshit laws the family court system in America has.

95% of all divorces are amicable for both parties meaning they agree to the terms. While you are hypothetically angry at the situation 95% of people actually dealing with that situation actively want and respect that agreement.

Look at it this way. You're a dad with 2 kids and a wife. The separation is going to happen and you legally own the house. What are you going to do?

The laws vary by state, but I thought in most of the US, no-fault divorce meant either party could get a divorce with an even split, unless there was a pre-nuptual agreement in place. That sees fair to me.

Also I don't want my tax dollars supporting courts in figuring out who was more at fault in an ugly divorce case.

Modern marriage is a coin flip. Seems like a lot to risk on a coin flip if the woman you married will stay loyal to you considering most divorces are initiated by the wife and as you said, most of the time the man ends up getting shafted in court. Your best bet to protect yourself these days is a prenup.

I don't have a problem with marriage itself. My issue is with the family court system, and America is probably one of the worst offenders of having an utterly corrupt and broken family court system. It doesn't help either that far too many women these days/of the current generation constantly abuse the family court and marriage system.
