Would you help a female friend if she ask for help with some sexual assault case?

I probably will not anymore. You can never know from the outside what's the actual case.

I helped someone but it turned out to be fake. She came to me asking for help , telling that a guy friend had assaulted her. I believed in that and as we were in university. We informed university authorities , police. However it turned out to be fake. She had another boyfriend and she had sex with the accused guy to make his actual boyfriend jealous. But her boyfriend wanted to breakup with her so she made all that rape up.

Now I had to go though little trouble helping her. There are so many fraud rape cases , it's hard to believe women anymore.

yes i would. by helping i would go to the police with her where she needs evidance. if not nothing happens (esspecially not here)

So many pinks that chose not to read the whole question. Unless there was direct evidence and witnesses, I would not help, seeing as most women do exactly what your friend did, and lie about it.
