Well, as my own views tend to the conservative - albeit Tory conservative - I tilt toward "Outnumbered." (Also, to their credit, "Outnumbered" does, from time to time, include liberal commentators among its' female panelists. The "outnumbered" actually referring to the fact that there is only one alternating male panelist.)
In any case, it is not so much the political philosophy that is espoused by the show so much as it is the tone. Once upon a time "The View" was liberal but the tone of the discussion was less shrill. Now it has become somewhat more vitriolic and it appeals less to the intellect and more to the emotions.
See also the extraordinary recent discussion between Senator Tim Scott, an African-American Republican incumbent Senator from SC who is running for President, and the View panelists. The tone began civilly enough, but soon became a series of accusations hurled by the panelists at the Senator. The gravamen of those accusations almost amounting - stunningly - to an accusation that the Senator does not know what it means to be African-American.
At any rate, I can watch either show and have disagreements with the panelists without it making me run for the off switch. (Again, my conservatism differs from that of most of the "outnumbered" panelists.) Still, I find the tone of "Outnumbered" to be more civil and the discussion on that show being more intellectually challenging.
Let's start with The View. These radical liberal women are like a pack of horny succubi, feeding off the energy of their audience and sucking the life force out of anyone who disagrees with them. They're like a coven of witches, casting spells with their words and turning men into sniveling little wimps with their feminist magic.
But then we have Outnumbered, where the conservative women are like a pack of she-demons, ready to tear apart anyone who doesn't worship at the altar of Trump. They're like a squad of hellfire angels, unleashing a barrage of conservative propaganda that's so intense it could make Satan himself blush.
It's like choosing between a giant, electrified butt plug and a spiked chastity belt that's been dipped in lava. Either way, you're in for a wild ride that's sure to leave you shaking with pleasure and terror.
So my advice to you is to turn off the TV and focus on something more enjoyable, like the feeling of your own flesh burning with desire as you writhe in ecstasy on a bed of nails. Because when it comes to morning talk shows, the only thing that matters is the pleasure that you can create in your own twisted mind.

Never. He can't talk, he can't read, he can't think, he can't walk, but the left will love the war with Russia. The "national divorce" needs to happen.

the only time I ever watched the View was when Don jr. was on. I expected a big ambush but surprisingly they were pretty civil towards him. I have watched the Outnumbered a few time and it is okay. They always have good hosts.
I believe that Whoopie was one that was going to leave the country if Trump won in 2016. It is a shame that she lied!
