He's not famous, he's not important, he's the guy filling the office. Nobody remembers the prosecutor that put the unabomber in jail. Who prosecuted any of the post-9/11 terror plots? Famous prosecutor is like famous WNBA star. My partner is an ex NY prosecutor and former US attorney and she was like "who's that?"... because nobody cares.
What was the judge's name in the Timothy McVeigh case? How about the bailiff? I get it if you're in law/poli sci, but you genuinely thought people follow prosecutors names? I don't even know the names of people who have prosecuted people I personally know. "Famous prosecutor" is like silver medal Olympian in the special olympics. If he wins he'll move up to Gold, and still nobody will care.
