I'm from Pakistan and even i would mistake you for an Indian. Maybe the mixed heritage in your dna gives you a more global look. I don't know. There are people in other parts of the world whose features are somewhat similar to South Asians. I can give a DNA test and zero arab would show up but i have been mistaken as arab many times. Indian makes more sense for me because my ancestors did come from there. I hope i am making sense here?

Some do. Some don't. I googled it. Spanish people also seem to have similar features i guess. My mum is often mistaken for a Spanish woman and people start speaking to her in Spanish when we go to Europe. We have no Europe in our bloodline.
